Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Welcome to the Seaside HQ! A charming and unique basement flat in the heart of Brighton. Perfectly located just steps from the iconic Brighton Pier and the vibrant city center, this retreat is ideal for people seeking a relaxing getaway or a base to explore Brighton’s restaurant and bar nightlife! The apartment sleeps up to 4 people if utilising the sofabed in the living room. (There is additional fees for the extra bedding/sofabed, so please let me know if required).

Furbelows. Sea View Apartment, Lancing Beach

Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. Sea views from two sides and a south facing balcony. Sleeps six, two bathrooms. Two of the single beds can be made up into a double, just ask when you book. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
