Lovanio: soggiorni in loft

Un logement parfait en tout point, un quartier magnifique et un super accueil !!! Merci pour tout.

hôtes très accueillants et bienveillants. logement en étage dans propriété privée. stationnement dans la cour ou dans la rue facilement et gratuitement. logement parfaitement équipé. lit très confortable. salle de bain et douche spacieuse. emplacement idéal pour rejoindre Bruxelles en tram, bus ou P+R. tout était parfait !

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Brüssel ist mit Auto oder Zug gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunkt liegt sehr ruhig, der Zug stört nicht, selbst wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig; die Nachbarn hat man nachts reden hören. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, die Küchenutensilien waren teilweise schlecht gereinigt - z.B. die Pfannen. Die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben, völlig ausreichend. Der Fernseher ist etwas ungeschickt platziert und die Lautstärke reicht beim Kochen nicht aus. Nur 3 deutsche Sender: ADR, ZDF und RTL. Der Platz der Unterkunft ist für eine Person völlig ausreichend, geht auch für 2 Personen. Vielen Dank an Thibaut und Aurelie für den freundlichen und unkomplizierten Empfang und für die Hilfe. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Le studio est très propre, bien situé à Binche direct à la gare de Binche où on a bus et des trains pour aller n’importe où. L’appartement est comme sur les photos très bien décoré. Très propre, et je reviendrai sans hésiter

This is by far one the the best places I’ve been to in 30 years of travelling: the loft is fantastic, it oozes character and Fabrice’s impeccable taste in decor, furniture, art, cinema and design is visible in every little detail. Fabrice is super responsive and he communicates clearly, everything is exactly as you see it in the pictures and the loft is walking distance to the centre and has lots of very good restaurants in a 5 minutes’ walking radius. The building is super safe and the area is quiet and residential; there is a handy supermarket downstairs to cover your needs. I would give it 6 stars if I could, I hope I get the chance to stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at Marije's studio. She and her family are extremely kind and welcoming. She even asked her son to help take my very heavy suitcase up the stairs, which I profoundly appreciated, and her husband kindly took the suitcase down when I was leaving. They are all very nice. The studio is well-outfitted and spacious. It gets lots of daylight from the windows and also has good blinds so that one can sleep peacefully. It's very clean and looks exactly like the photos. The neighborhood is fantastic, with lots of nice restaurants and shops. It's an easy walk to the historical center. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Le loft d’Hannah est magnifique, conforme aux photos avec un petit jardin très mignon. Pour les amoureux d’espace design, ici tout est harmonieux, un véritable havre de paix dans lequel on se sent bien. Hannah est très réactive et a su nous proposer quelques bonnes adresses. Je recommande +++

La casa és meravellosa i perfectament equipada. No hi faltava res. Molt ben situada si et mous amb cotxe. Bones vistes i lloc tranquil. La casa està bellament decorada, extraordinàriament còmoda, nova, cuidada, neta. Filip i Annick foren molt amables i atents. Sempre disposats a ajudar-nos en tot el que li demanàvem referent a la planificació del nostre viatge. It is very well located if you are traveling by car. Good sights and quiet place. The house is beautifully decorated, extraordinarily comfortable, new, well-kept, clean. Filip and Annieck were very kind and attentive. They were always willing to help us with everything we asked them regarding planning our trip. The house is highly recommended.

Appart très spacieux (le salon est immense!) et conforme aux photos Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine (un vrai air bnb), et même des jeux pour les petits Solenn est très réactive et sympathique

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans l’appartement de Dimitri, un hôte d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Le logement est très confortable, joliment meublé, extrêmement calme et situé dans un des plus agréables quartiers de Bruxelles, à proximité des transports, des commerces et des restaurants parmi les plus sympathiques que nous ayons eu à fréquenter. Sans hésitation, un lieu charmant à considérer pour un séjour à Bruxelles !

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Alles was perfect in orde en precies zoals beschreven. De accommodatie was schoon, comfortabel en volledig uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden. We voelden ons meteen thuis en hebben echt genoten van elke moment. De communicatie met de host verliep vlot en vriendelijk. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een zorgeloos verblijf. Bedankt voor de geweldige ervaring!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Agnieszka. Everything was exactly as described – the apartment and the terrace are truly a little gem! Agnieszka is extremely accommodating, customer-oriented, and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning and would be happy to come back anytime. We can warmly recommend this place to everyone!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet und perfekt für ein paar Tage in Antwerpen. Wout ist super freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert. 😊

I had a wonderful stay in Brussels and am incredibly grateful to my host for making it such an enjoyable experience. The apartment was beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere, elegant furniture, and a modern yet minimalist design. It was incredibly peaceful, which made my stay even more relaxing, and its convenient location with excellent tram connections to my workplace was a huge help. On my last day, I followed my host’s recommendation to visit a museum dedicated to Belgian railways, and I must say, I was blown away by what I saw. It was an enormous and impressive exhibition that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Brussels. Thank you so much for this lovely and comfortable stay! It was truly unforgettable, and I’ll always look back on it with fond memories. I can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone!
