Jim and Kathi have created a welcoming Little Country Inn on their mini farm. The Western theme lends a warm welcome and comfortable space for guests. The lovely 2-bedroom brick cottage boasts a spacious living area with high-speed Wi-Fi, a Roku TV in the living room and main bedroom, and a large country kitchen. The inn sleeps five people, and the large fenced-in yard is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the country sounds of chickens, ducks, geese, guineas, and turkeys that roam the grounds.

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

Near your arrival you will drive through the beautiful community of Rockwater Villages. Go for a walk or ride your bike on the beautiful River Trails… enjoy the relaxing sunrise and sunsets from the front deck….sit back and enjoy the city skyline of downtown Little Rock at night…and be sure to use the binoculars to get a close up look at all the beautiful water fowl.

Great retreat!!!!! This tiny house is open and feels spacious and well equipped for a weekend or over nite stay. Located by a stocked pond excellent for fishing. Enjoy serene hiking areas excellent for peace and getting back to nature. Horses are nearby so enjoy watching them play. All the amenities you can imagine, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave and washer and dryer. A romantic picnic area with soft lights and plenty of privacy. Pet friendly! SMITH LAKEFRONT CABIN PETS WELCOME(small fee)

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

This 5 Star African Tent is in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Relax in a 7-person hot tub or use the heated outdoor shower on the deck. Inside the tent, enjoy your own TV viewing from bed.
