Laneway hideaway

Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

The tastefully decorated double bedroom has lots of natural light, a double bed, a private en suite and breakfast facilities. This is the perfect place to unwind while you explore the city and enjoy the delights of Tasmania.

Central location, but in a quite street and beautiful neighbourhood. 10 minute to Hobart CBD, 7 minutes to North Hobart, 15 minutes to Mona and 25 minutes to Airport. You will have a whole self contained unit with 3 bedrooms, huge living, sitting areas and a large kitchen. The place has 1.5 bathroom. This rental unit is located upstairs.
