Coal’s View is a luxury detached holiday cottage situated in Eyton, a quiet country hamlet within Herefordshire. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

The Garden House

A beautiful, recently renovated two storey house attached to the host's home. It is secluded, south facing and sunny, with glorious views across water meadows to the river which cuts its way beneath steep woodland and past the best fine dining pub in Herefordshire, The Riverside. The house has its own terraced garden and below, an orchard - great for dogs. We are on the marvellous Mortimer Trail which is a 30 mile walk between the towns of Ludlow and Kington. 45 mins from Hay Festival!

Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Tawny Owl Barn

Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

This beyond the average bespoke 2020 build is ultimately pleasing to the eye, with it’s curvaceous smoothed oak rail staircase, handsome pillars and waxy satin cedar beams which embrace this appealing handcrafted lodge. A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
