A great alternative to staying in the city of Dublin proper. Easy to take the train into Dublin or just stay and explore a quaint seaside town. Celine was very helpful and welcoming. Walking the cliff trail was easy to access and a bonus on a sunny day.

We had a great stay here with our 18 month old daughter. The communication and check-in was easy and we were given plenty of local info on arrival which improved our holiday. The accommodation was ideal for a young child and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend it for other parents with a toddler.

From the moment we booked, Maureen was proactive in helping us feel welcome. She kindly had more than the essentials so we could relax and make a sandwich the first night. Her carrot was extremely yummy that was a lovely welcoming touch. We had colds and Maureen brought over some Lemsips to tide us over. Her suggestions for local places and food were wonderful. She has a great selection of tourist information. Her beds are comfortable and the property well heated. Maureen was a throughly wonderful host and her property well located to visit sites including Limerick.

Lovely studio apartment we found it perfect had everything you would want Lovely view very peaceful and the apartment and shower were warm. Plenty of leaflets of things to do where to eat and bus time tables should you need them. Would highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay. Annette's accommodation is beautiful and worth the money. everything was there needed for a comfortable stay, the hot tub was lovely and private. we stayed in Nick & Sandra apartment as we were attending a wedding in Slane . It was home from home . The apartment was very clean and tidy and comfortable it was warm and the bed was large and comfy. Sandra left food for breakfast and snacks which we appreciated . The apartment comes highly recommended and hopefully we can make a trip back again in the future.

The cottage was fabulous. Such a cosy place with everything you need. Whilst an outside toilet and small en-suite might not suit everyone we loved it here. Comfy beds and great bedding, everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of space to chill out. Staying on the nature reserve was really special with beautiful views and very easy access for a swim a few mins walk away. Lovely beach to stroll on too. Also a great cafe v close which we used for breakfast twice. Miranda is a great host, very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have been more helpful. Absolutely recommend staying here for a quirky stay in a beautiful setting. Very peaceful at night too.

Jean’s place was beautiful and I didn’t want to leave. The bed was super comfortable and we slept like babies. There were snacks left for us which we really appreciated. Jean and her husband were lovely to chat with, and they told us some places we could go for walks. And the donkeys were a special treat, and there were carrots left to feed them. We would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tessa’s cottage. It is well equipped (washing machine was a bonus!) and has everything you could possibly need to stay for a longer trip. It is a beautiful location to relax, cook, read and enjoy some tranquil time with friends or family. The cottage is extremely clean and very quirky. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and made use of the additional trundle. All the beds were super comfortable and the black out blinds were helpful for keeping little sleepers in bed a bit longer! Tessa has gorgeous style and the cottage is just above place to stay. The outside space would be absolutely beautiful to make use of in the warmer months. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area, lots of walks, parks and the aquarium. There is only one bathroom which is downstairs (no bath) but it is extremely spacious with a beautiful finish. Tessa is a very friendly, considerate and proactive host who really couldn’t do enough for us during our stay.

What a magical place. It ticked all the boxes and more. Monica was very accommodating and made us feel welcome immediately. A great place to relax and explore the surroundings

Has all the facilities needed for a stay much longer than our 1 night. Very clean and the separate entrance gives a feeling of privacy. Convenient for Bantry and only a short drive to Limerick or Shannon

Elm Tree Cottage is by far the prettiest Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! If I could score it with more stars, I would. It’s a dreamy cottage that was so tastefully decorated with the most beautiful patio and garden, I could see myself living there! Very high spec but totally comfortable and I felt so ‘at home’. Everywhere you looked there was amazing attention to beautiful detail. Lovely by day and by night. A kitchen to die for, so nicely equipped and to a very high standard, which you don’t get in many Air BnBs. Heather and Ronnie were so welcoming, yet let you have your privacy - perfect hosts! We were able to explore the surrounding area and come back and relax with nature in the comfy patio. Heather definitely goes the extra mile. She left us the tastiest home made wheaten bread, great coffee machine, milk, butter, jam, eggs, ice, etc, etc - all lovely welcoming touches! I highly recommend Elm Tree Cottage!

Yvonne’s place is super clean and has all the amenities you would need for a break away. The host left us a lovely bowl of fruit, a variety of cereals, pain au choclaits, fresh orange juice, water and milk. And of course there was tea and coffee available also which was very welcome after our long journey. The cabin is very bright with natural light flowing in and very cosy. We were welcomed by Yvonne and her beautiful dogs on arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you Yvonne for everything.😊👍If we’re down that way again we’ll be checking in with you. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by our host, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. His helpfulness, generosity, and genuine loveliness set the tone for the entire trip. The property itself is absolutely idyllic — beautiful and tidy and surrounded by peaceful countryside charm. We loved the animals too- the friendliest cats and chickens. The hot tub was a dreamy bonus — Very private, clean and surrounded by lovely lights. Every corner of the property had clearly been cared for with attention and love, from the gorgeous landscaping to the thoughtfully maintained interiors. The little basketball court in the shed was a lovely surprise! It was such a fun and unexpected addition. Truly, this place was a little slice of heaven. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with heart, beauty, and the kindest host you could ask for!

The lodge was absolutely perfect and even better than the photos. Ideal location for weddings at Virginia Park Lodge and so handy having the bus stop to Dublin airport just 1 min around the corner. I’d definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our family of 5 loved staying here. The view was absolutely beautiful! It was a very big place upstairs with 3 large bedrooms. There was plenty of room for all of us, including a toddler. He loved the chicken, dog and cat that kept coming to visit. We highly recommend staying here with a family.

le logement de Clara est fonctionnel et bien équipé avec un petit extérieur très bien entretenu et très mignon pour profiter du soleil. Clara est très sympathique nous explique les transports en commun qui sont tout près ainsi qu'un très bon restaurant non loin de l'appartement qui sert de délicieux plats. Nous avions des petites douceurs ainsi que café et thé à disposition.

Dan’s home was just perfect for our 2 night stay in Newcastle. The location, in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance of the town centre, was ideal for us. From the moment we booked Dan was friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated his personal recommendations on things to see and do in the Newcastle area. Even though he had to be out of town for most of our visit, he made the effort to greet us personally on our arrival to give us an overview of the unit and make sure we were comfortable. The unit itself was exactly as shown, and in pristine condition. It was very nice to have both the main bedroom and a separate sitting room, and the kitchen downstairs had everything we could have wanted- even laundry facilities. As an added bonus, Dan left us breakfast items, fresh fruit, and delicious homemade bread. We highly recommend Dan’s annex to anyone visiting the Newcastle area. We felt right at home there - truly a home away from home.

Had a lovely stay in Elaine’s. Place was spotless and had everything. Walked to restaurant and had lovely meal in the villager and short walk home. Played Glassan golf club today only five mins away so perfect for our stay. Thank you Elaine.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was easy to find thanks to Nicola’s clear directions. It looks exactly like in the photos – beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning nature. We slept so well! Nicola was very kind and welcoming, and we also had a lovely chat with her husband Cormac. We met two adorable cats during our stay, and they made the experience even more special. We truly hope to come back again someday!

Bernie’s beautiful cottage house was absolutely spotless and well maintained. The view is gorgeous—looking out to the River Erne. She was so friendly and gave us great recommendations during our stay. It was peaceful and in a great location. I highly recommend this lovely spot ! Thank you Bernie, for your hospitality.

Marie-Claire made us feel welcome and we had a great stay. Marie-Claire gave us clear instructions for everything, the place was very clean and the view onto the golf course is amazing. Great host.
