Beautiful stay in Whitstable, such a great location close to the beach and to the high street. It was very smooth checking in and out and Sarah was very responsive. Thank you very much :)

We needed a day by the sea and hiring a beach hut in February was the perfect way to do it. We brought a picnic, books and board games and set about a relaxing day sitting on the balcony under blankets, gazing at the sea - just what we had hoped for. The deserted beach in front of the hut was like having a private garden. Our children found buckets and spades for building sandcastles and happily played while we watched on - idyllic.

we had a lovely time - walkable to High Street and beach and lots of amazing places to eat (do book as they get busy). four adults and one dog and we had plenty of space it was like home from home. We thought we would have problems parking but that was fine too - we had to nove our car a few times but that didn't bother us and there are car parks near by. Really wouldn't hesitate booking again. Fiona also answered our questions very quickly.

We absolutely loved our stay at Coastguards. Stones throw from the beach, an easy walk from the station. Pubs, shops and amenities all close by. Coastguards is a lovely house, really well equipped with all you might need, lots of lovely features and what a view from the bed! Communication from Anne Marie was great, lots of good advice etc. definitely recommend as a wonderful place to stay!

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

Tara is a great host and it was really nice to stay at her airbnb. Had great moments by relaxing the firepit after busy days out! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing week in Whitstable. As a young family that are fond of activities and food being near the centre of Whitstable and the beach was perfect. Sara was super friendly and helpful. She lent us crabbing nets and a barbecue. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Thank you!

Great place to stay, right by the beach with easy access out the back door avoiding all roads. Great for kids. Parking on site was an added bonus. Patricia was the perfect host. Very easy to communicate with.

We had a short stay but everything was amazing , good , clear communication from start to finish , house was clean and had everything you need to feel like home. Everything looks like in the pictures , we'll definitely come back here. Thank you Rohan 4 hosting us.

A very clean warm and modern caravan,a powerfull hot shower room with toilet and another separate toilet & sink. fantastic value for money place to stay. will be coming back for sure.

This is a really lovely place to stay. The caravan had everything you could possibly want and more. Hosts are incredibly easy to communicate with and very helpful indeed. Would absolutely recommend.

We had the perfect stay. It was a home away from home with little touches like kids books, games and movies. It's ideal for walks along the beach in all weather. Gill was a brilliant host. Friendly, helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The park has lots to do and it within walking distance of Seasalter beach and Whitstable. We'd highly recommend and come back. Wonderful Weekend Getaway! We had a fantastic weekend – a really memorable break for all of us. I travelled with my three daughters and two grandchildren, and the experience couldn’t have been better. The caravan felt like a home from home, providing all the comfort we needed for a stress-free stay. Its cosy, well-equipped interior made settling in so easy, and we instantly felt relaxed. The location was perfect – right next to the beach, which was a big hit with the kids, and the site itself had excellent amenities. Everything we needed was right there.. Highly recommend for families looking for a peaceful and fun-filled getaway! We would love to come back …..

We had the most wonderful stay at Parkdean, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the very beginning, the host's communication was absolutely top-notch – clear, friendly, and super efficient. The booking process was smooth and stress-free, which really set the tone for our whole trip. The caravan itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and more – we genuinely couldn't believe the amazing value for money. For the price we paid, we got so much more than we expected! It's rare to find somewhere that offers both quality and affordability, but this place really nails it. The whole experience felt like a little slice of luxury without the hefty price tag. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway that doesn’t break the bank, this is it. We’re already planning our next visit!

Julian was a wonderful host. We traveled from Los Angeles with our family and he had wonderful communication and really went above and beyond right from the beginning and throughout our trip. The cottage was as described and incredibly clean with everything you would want. Our family enjoyed the prime location in Old Leigh and the proximity to the train. We will definitely stay again when visiting family nearby. Thank you Julian!

Our second time at Boatswain's Cottage and it was just as lovely. Sweet touches such as a Christmas tree and a welcome bottle of wine and posh biscuits were much appreciated. The cottage is well designed, perfectly equipped and the owners swift to answer all and any queries.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here, as we felt very at home here the first time & was very glad to be able to book it again. Fantastic cosy cottage, nice garden, & amazing location tucked away & very close to the beach. Worked really well for the various needs of our family & can highly recommend it to everyone. This was my first booking with Airbnb so I didnt really know what to expect but Mel has certainly set the standard. She is a friendly, helpful, honest, and incredibly responsive host. The house was exactly as described and the quiet location was perfect for us. We'll definitely stay again when we return to Mersea Island, which was beautiful too!

spotlessly clean and very comfortable. would definitely stay again. the only slight disappointment was that the description referred to views of the harbour and beach and they are named harbour view but there was no view. it didn't spoil the trip though.

lovely little place on the beach, very cosy especially with the fire as it was a bit chilly in the evenings. Great views of the sunset also! We loved walking on the beach in the morning, and chilling with a book and tea overlooking the beach during the day - we were looking for somewhere peaceful and cosy away from the city for the weekend and this place fit the brief perfectly!

Jess’s place is incredibly well located for Whitstable beach, literally a 1 min walk via ‘Wave Alley’ and the high street is also walkable. The house is warm and spacious, with a large light filled kitchen and access to the garden. I really liked the private parking, a huge bonus in Whitstable. Jess was helpful and responsive to our questions, and she really went out her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!
