Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Just 5 minutes from the city center of Haarlem, in the cosy but quite neighborhood "the Leidsebuurt" you can find a totally renovated apartment in my house. Guests have a separate entrance. I live on the second and third floor. Total of 50 m2 studio incl. luxurious private bathroom with bath. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, oven/microwave, washing machine, coffee maker and an electric cooker. 25 km from Amsterdam and the beach and dunes are 7 km. 2 bicycles available for free.

Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het zonnige sfeervolle 1-kamerappartement ligt aan de rand van een rustige woonwijk, tegen de duinen bij Katwijk aan Zee. Met 5 minuten lopen ben je in de duinen. Slechts 12 minuten lopen naar het strand, de boulevard en het winkelcentrum. Met 4 minuten gratis fietsen ben je al bij de Space Expo/de Estec.

Hi! We are Lars and Erin and we live in beautiful Gouda. Erin is from the USA (Nebraska), and I grew up in Gouda. In 2019 we exchanged the city center for a beautiful house on the outskirts of Gouda. We chose this house because of the beautiful garden, but also because the garage gave us the opportunity to turn it into a cozy guesthouse for you to come and experience Gouda and the Netherlands!
