This bijou cottage has been lovingly restored to a high standard and sits within minutes of all the village amenities and yet is entirely private.

Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.

Hendrix’s cottage

A lovely 2 double bedroom (king size beds) annex with a dining/sitting room/kitchen, which is fully fitted and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. Dedicated Wi-Fi with a Smart TV. Ample parking available. This is a totally independent property in the grounds of your host’s house, only 4 miles out of the historical City of Lincoln. The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
