Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Full, shared access to all pictured spaces for this "Entire Home" listing. We occupy one end of the house and have two active listings for guests at the opposite end of house. The home is in a quiet and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale and is within driving distance to nightlife spots, restaurants, hiking, and sporting event locations. Casita Hideaway at South Mountain

1 Bedroom Casita guest house with queen bed. Seperate living room area with a full kitchen. Full bathroom with a walk in shower. 50 inch tv in the living room and 32 inch tv in the bedroom. Our casita has wifi. Everything is brand new in here including a new remodel. Casita is very private from the main house and has its own parking and outdoor area. Washer and dryer in the unit with everything else you need to enjoy your stay. Great location close to South Mountain, airport & downtown.

This unique stay is great for those who want to relax or work while exploring central Tempe. The main feature is a pool (heated) with an outdoor shower. The house has 3 rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin daybed with a twin trundle that lays flat on the ground). There are two desks for those who want to work remotely . We are located 10 minutes drive from ASU and Mill Avenue (downtown Tempe). South Mountain < 10 minutes away, Sky Harbor Airport <15 minutes. No more than 6 guests at the house.
