Laura_Sea view Apartment_1 is a part of LAURA house-complex which includes totaly three accommodations . It is located between Lygia and Katouna village in a beautiful, and peaceful place which offers a great view of the sea. In a small distance you can have access to mini markets, bakery, greek taverns etc. Lefkada town is about 5km away (5 min by car) . The house offers self-catering accommodation. Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

Είναι ιδανικό για δύο άτομα, μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει και τρίτο άτομο αφού στον χώρο της κουζίνας υπάρχει πολυθρόνα που γίνεται μονό κρεβάτι.

Νέο κεντρικό ισόγειο studio διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για τις διακοπές σας στο νησί της Λευκάδας.Εχει ότι χρειάζεσαι σε κοντινή απόσταση. Εάν έχετε μικρό κατοικίδιο είναι ευπρόσδεκτο. Δεν έχει κουζίνα αλλά έχει τα βασικά για καφέ κλπ. Πάρκινγκ θα βρείτε εύκολα και χωρίς χρέωση έξω από το διαμέρισμα η στους παράπλευρους δρόμους . Στη μαγευτική τοποθεσία της Νικιάνας,που συνδυάζει βουνό και θάλασσα βρίσκεται η εξοχική κατοικία,με υπέροχη θέα του Ιονίου πελάγους που ξεκουράζει το μάτι και ηρεμεί την ψυχή.Έχει πρόσβαση σε μικρή παραλία,ενώ από τις παραλίες της γύρω περιοχής απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά.Απέχει 5χλμ από το Νυδρί και11χλμ από τη Λευκάδα. Άλλα στοιχεία που πρέπει να γνωρίζετε. Ο φόρος καταλύματος είναι 8 ευρώ την ημέρα και πρέπει να καταβληθεί σε μετρητά κατά την άφιξη.

Kounenè Studios are located in a seafront Villa along the old dirt coastal road, 3 km from Dessimi bay to Poros. Our 2 Studios are fully equiped, with kitchen, TV and free parking space. Kamari beach is just 200 mt far from the Villa. All the Studios share a very large terrace with wonderful view. Perfect place to spend your quiet and relax holiday!

Για την ασφάλεια των επισκεπτών αλλά και την δική μας (λόγω Covid19) έχουμε λάβει όλα τα αναγκαία μέτρα. Τα διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν ξεχωριστή δική τους είσοδο, καθώς επίσης και εξωτερικό χώρο ανεξάρτητο σε κάθε διαμέρισμα. Το διαμέρισμα είναι 35τμ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει άνετα έως τέσσερα άτομα.
