Leeward Islands: soggiorni in alloggi sulla spiaggia

Tutti i comfort possibili in uno splendido alloggio molto funzionale, curato e pulito. Panorama mozzafiato sulla laguna e terrazza spaziosa. Cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie. Letto ampio e comodissimo. Biancheria di qualità. Connessione wi-fi ottima e, volendo, aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la laundry con asciugatrice, la doccia esterna, perfetta al rientro dal mare, e la disponibilità dell’automobile. Dopo essere arrivati da un motu (fra l’altro con accesso diretto in barca al pontile del condo!) ci é ovviamente sembrato un po’ rumoroso il traffico del mattino sulla strada, come indicato da altre recensioni, ma questo non toglie nulla all’elevata qualità della sistemazione. Nathalie e Barthélémy, dal check-in in poi, sono stati gentilissimi e premurosi. Consigliatissimo!

Gérards studios are an amazing location, easy to walk to town. And with him providing a free shuttle to the beach! What more could you ask for. My only complaint is the walls are super thin, and can hear the people in the studios next to you. Overall amazing house, host, location, etc. I would come back again!

My husband and I had such a memorable stay at Tama’s bungalow. First of all, he picked us up at the ferry port promptly. Chilled fresh coconut water (cracked on site by him!) was served as a warm welcome, and he brought us several different sports such as vanilla farm, peal farm , local church, several good spots for snorkeling (to see sting rays), etc. I loved when he picked up some leaves and flowers from Trees/plants and let us smell… lime leaves, lemongrass leaves, some kind of basil, Ylang-Ylang flowers, and many more.. I felt like I was totally immersed in the local culture and its nature. Along the way, he talked about the history of FrenchPolynesia, characteristic of each island (of Society Islands), local vegetations, things to do/see, eatery recommendation. The bungalow where we stayed is at the top of the hill across his residence, with amazing ocean view. We had also a boat tour with him to see sharks. Tama is a great host and I highly recommend his bungalow!!

You will love this location. There is a coral reef right off the dock where you can snorkle and see all the colorful fish. We were able to have the tour companies pick us up for our excursions. We highly reccomend Noè Plantier for 4x4 island tour. Noè grew up on the island and we had an amazing day. Noè can be reached on face book vanilla 4x4 botanical excursions. We also highly recomend Nui with Watercolor fishing. Nui offers fishing excursions as well as water tours around the island.You can find him on face book watercolor sailing. I cant post contact details here but I will on other travel sites. Please note that you will need the host to arrage a taxi from the airport to the grocery store, and then arrange a water taxi to take you to the location. This will cost approx 23,000 xpf each way. Ensure to inquire about what essentials will be required for your stay including toilet paper and soap. The only transport is kyack or bikes if available to access the store.

This is a good spot. I stayed here with my two kids for 4 nights. One night was loud, the other 3 nights were quiet. The house is large and rustic. It sometimes felt hot and there were mosquitos, which was expected. The location is remote which we liked. You can swim from the property, but watch out for coral and sea cucumbers (like most places on the island). Vetea lives on the property next to the rental. He's a lovely host, happy to help and also not overbearing. It was fun to be with him and his family. We are super appreciative.

Quoi de mieux qu’un séjour sur le bord de mer, dans ce lieu enchanteur qu'est Bora-Bora, tout en ayant aussi accès à une piscine. L’appartement est grand et à l'usage unique du locataire. Seuls les airs extérieurs, les équipements (kayaks, masques d'apnée, etc.) et le coin lessive sont partagées. Quoique partagé entre cinq logements locatifs (pas nécessairement tous occupés en même temps), la piscine, le quai (duquel il est possible d'observer poissons et raies pastenagues) et la grande véranda assurent que tous peuvent en bénéficier sans se sentir à l'étroit. Belle occasion aussi de faire de belles rencontres pour ceux qui le désirent. Enfin, l'appartement est bien équipé mais surtout, extrêmement bien situé, à une courte distance de marche du quai de Vaitape, de deux épiceries et de quelques restaurants. De plus, une place de stationnement sécurisé, derrière un portail est disponible. Alex est un hôte formidable, serviable, amical et accommodant. Le séjour fut des plus agréable.

Anna es muy gentil, el departamento era increíble, muy limpio. Las camas, sábanas, toallas todo, un aroma muy rico. Desde mi dormitorio podía ver como jugaban y se bañaban en la piscina mis hijos. Hay un magnífico jacuzzi. Mis hijos cenaron con Anne y su marido, los dos muy amables y la comida exquisita. El desayuno fue lo mejor, la comida una mezcla entre Tahití y Francia. En la mañana el despertar fue magnífico con un amanecer hermoso yo pude apreciarlo desde mi habitación y del balcón. Hay camas en el borde del mar para descansar mucho espacio para mucha gente. Los dormitorios son con aire acondicionado eso es perfecto ya que en Polynésia aveces hace mucha calor. Un acceso a internet perfecto. Un silencio y una tranquilidad que podíamos escuchar el mar todo el tiempo y eso me mantuvo muy relajada. Punto importante esta pensión también arrienda autos y esto es muy práctico. La pensión queda muy cerca del aeropuerto y con mucho restaurantes cerca y pizzerías. Volveremos muy pronto.

La maison est vraiment très bien. L'accueil est très sympa et bien organisé. Nous avons eu beaucoup de pluie et de vent et avons bien profité de la très grande terrasse couverte et à l'abri du vent. La piscine construite depuis notre réservation (la très bonne surprise) est magnifique ! Un accès à la mer est possible mais prévoir impérativement des chaussures d'eau !

Sie liegt ruhig in den Bergen und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick – vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang einfach magisch! Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll, hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gewählt. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wurde. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, das Wohnzimmer super gemütlich, und auch die Schlafzimmer waren sehr einladend und komfortabel. Alles war blitzsauber und perfekt vorbereitet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns auch der Außenbereich – ideal zum Entspannen, Lesen oder einfach nur die Aussicht genießen. Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Rückzugsort zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können die Villa nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec de délicates attentions, et tout au long du séjour, l’échange a été fluide et chaleureux. Le logement était impeccable, parfaitement équipé, et que dire de la vue… Juste à couper le souffle ! Entre la piscine, le snorkeling à portée de main et le cadre paradisiaque, tout était réuni pour un séjour inoubliable. Nous recommandons à 1000% et espérons revenir un jour. Merci encore ! J’ai passé un super moment avec Nasha et André malgré 3 jours de pluie, la maison est super spacieuse, les chambres et la salle de bain également, il y a l’accès au ponton avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, un snack super pas loin. Nasha et André sont super accueillants et généreux, de très bons moments passés ensemble au petit-déjeuner et même plusieurs repas partagés ! Un grand plaisir de vous avoir rencontrés. Mauruuru !

We had an amazing 3-night stay with Nicolas & Honey. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy, with plenty of relaxing spots like hammocks and beach chairs. The private beach is just steps away, and the view of the water from the kitchen and back porch was incredible. The property felt very secluded and peaceful, with friendly dogs and well-kept grounds. A huge plus was the A/C — not common everywhere and made for super comfortable nights. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook, which made things easy since there aren’t many dining options on the island. Laundry was also convenient. Nicolas was an awesome host — he offered to take us snorkeling on his boat and gave us a tour of his nearby vanilla farm. Both he and Honey were welcoming, kind, and respectful of our space. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back if we get the chance!

I’ve traveled the world and must say this has to be one of the most unique and beautiful experiences ever. We felt to safe and welcomed. We did a tour with Candy and had SOOO MUCH FUN. Candy is also and AMAZING CHEF. Wow. Wish we could post some pictures. This was super cool.

We stayed with Stéphanie for the full time in Raiatea, it was such a beautiful place, interior (nicely decorated) as well as exterior. She cares for her garden (More beautiful than the public botanical garden if you ask me) the steep decent to the house gives you an amazing view of the bay, and you have comfortable furniture on her private small beach to take the view in closely. We went for one of the best kayak trips we had in French Polynesia! Although English isn't her strongest side Stéphanie was informative, helpful and very friendly. We strongly recommend this place - it's a perfect fit to an enjoyable holiday! Be mindful that it gets rather hot in European comparison (the sea brease doesn't pass the apartment and the ceiling fans aren't quite as effective as AC. However, windows and the sliding doors are well-equipped with Mosquito net so you can have it all open 24/7 (Fantastic)

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Cathy. La maison est très agréable. Le temps n’était pas de la partie alors nous n’avons pas pu nous promener en kayak jusqu’au motu proposé par notre hôte. La literie était très confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée. Le jardin, la terrasse et le ponton sont très bien aménagés. La maison est bien sécurisée. Les nombreuses roulottes ainsi que les commerces sont à proximité. Le soir, les raies et les requins à taches noirs (inoffensifs) passent devant le bungalow. Un vrai spectacle!!! Bref! Que des compliments sur ce lieu et cette hôtesse.
