Laura and Dale's Cottage was such a cozy, sunny, beautiful place nestled in a wooded lot right on the water front. We spent a week there in October and loved the wood fireplace and warmth that the cottage brought. The kitchen was charming with lots of well placed windows. Everything you needed for cooking was available. The board games were nostalgic and fun to play. The bed and bedding was so comfy and perfect for reading in the mornings. The view from the bedroom window was otherworldly especially the full moon coming across the water and the Autumn leaves were spectacularly gorgeous! We cant say enough about this place. We highly recommend it and we hope to return again.

Phyllis, & her daughter Jennifer, went above & beyond to make us, our 6yo & 12yo, and our crazy Bernedoodle feel very welcome. They seemed very happy to have us, and even offered us many of their personal things and private areas on their property to enjoy. Unique & beautiful surroundings that push you to relax, with a cozy/charming/glamping-style accommodation that makes you feel at home.

Le logement était impeccablement propre, bien équipé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, et idéalement situé au bord de l’eau – un vrai havre de paix pour se reposer. Devon, notre hôte, a été adorable, hyper réactive et très sympa. Grâce à elle, on a même appris à faire un feu ! Merci encore pour cette belle expérience, je recommande à 100 %.

The Hay Bay Hideaway exceeded our group's wildest dreams for the perfect End of Summer get-away. We could not have asked for a more peaceful and unique property and home, with exceptionally communicative, helpful, and gracious hosts. Our group of 10 slept comfortably in the 5 bedrooms this historic home offers, indulged in the well stocked pantries, utilized the gorgeous selection of vintage dish-ware, and experienced cozy nights by the beautiful wood stove fireplaces while enjoying a wide array of musical instruments available throughout the home. This property backs onto a private inlet with still, lily pad covered water, visited by blue herons, kingfishers, blue jays and many other woodland friends. We also enjoyed the various watercrafts, including a row boat, pedal boat, and canoe on the open water that connects directly to the small inlet. The experience was incredibly unique, absolutely smooth and accessible, and deeply memorable. A return trip is definitely in the works :)

Beautiful, peaceful, scenic cottage. Cozy and modern inside with a great enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Ample options for sitting outside, and lots of blankets and towels provided. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful through the stay.

This was our third time staying in 6 months and will not be last, we’ve felt at home and been able to relax and not worry about anything, the space has everything you need to enjoy you’re stay! Thanks for having us!

I was here for a fall visit so could not take full advantage of the wonderful lake location but would love to come back in the summer to fully enjoy this location. We did have the chance to go on an afternoon kayak which was great fun and absolutely beautiful with the fall foliage! The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans and utensils as well as a few spices. We cooked a lot and I brought all ingredients and condiments I needed and I would recommend you do the same. Shop before hand as there is not a grocery store nearby. The location is right across the street from a Circle K but the house is nestled far back from the road with a garage out front so the gas station and all it's buzz were not at all noticeable. The living room was arranged awkwardly and with some tired furniture and the TV is actually in the dining room. If you were a large group trying to watch a movie or gather in the living room this would be a bit challenging. The beds were extremely comfortable!

A gem! Peaceful island only accessible by boat, original cozy spot with a memorable view. Firepits, hot tub, patio all well located to enjoy the surrounding nature and river view. Loved it. Thanks!

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à Sandbanks dans le chalet de Scott. L’emplacement, les commodités, le complexe, les attentions et petits cadeaux de bienvenue de Scott, le Pass annuel pour la plage, tout a été parfait! Le chalet est parfaitement situé dans le complexe, le stationnement est juste en arrière, peu de voisinage, très proche de la piscine et des zones d’activités sportives et de loisirs. Nous étions également à 7 minutes des plages et 10 minutes de Picton, vraiment une très bonne situation! Nous souhaitions surtout nous reposer et passer un beau moment en famille au soleil et nous avons été comblés. Nous pensons fortement revenir plus souvent à l’occasion.

The perfect place for a weekend get away. The photos dont do it justice. Quiet and peaceful to get away from the city life. The pool was amazing, and everything you could imagine needing was there. Very clean and comfortable. Wish I was there right now.

Great private place that offers everything you want for a weekend getaway! Host was very helpful and responded within minutes to all our questions. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay and very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool table and foosball indoors as well as the pool and lake outside. The kitchen and view of the lake was amazing. Lots of fishing was done from the docks and petal boat and some paddling from the kayak and paddle board (we brought this).

We had a beautiful stay at this cabin on Marble Lake! The accommodations were clean and comfortable and the lake and environment was gorgeous. A wonderful place to stay for adults or families - we'd love to come back another time. A few things you may want to know about staying here that aren't clear from the listing: -shared waterfront access to Marble Lake is beautiful, and great for swimming or boating - canoes, kayaks, and paddleboats are available -each cabin has a designated fire pit for campfires - BYO wood or purchase on-site for $15/bag. It was awesome to watch the sun set over the lake by the fire. -planning to grill is a good idea - there is just a small 2-burner hotplate inside the cabin. You can bring your own propane tank or rent one for $40/day or $80/whole trip. -you may also want to bring toilet paper - 2 rolls were provided but guests are responsible for refills -Bon Echo Provincial Park is a 15 minute drive away, and a must-see in my opinion. One of the most beautiful places in the province. Thank you to Mike, Nawar, and the great staff at Myers Cave Resort!

My family had a great time at the resort. Roberto was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The home was clean and comfortable and exactly as pictured. It was. Perfect spot for kids as there is tons to do on the resort grounds and you are 15 minutes from almost all major attractions. The pool was fantastic for kids with a very large shallow end, towel service, life jackets etc. will definitely return next time we are in PEC.

This was a perfect place to stay to experience all PEC has to offer. Jen was a fabulous host- very communicative and extremely helpful, especially as we enjoyed our first time in Canada. The resort staff were super friendly. The neighbors are fabulous and the house was immaculate and comfortable. Excellent experience from booking through our departure.

The cottage was great. Rustic with a lot of character and reminded me of St Lawrence and Finger Lakes vacations when I was a kid. We've stayed at a number of places on the river over the years and this was the first time upon arrival I turned to my wife and said..."Now THIS is a river cottage." It had everything you could ever want to just be at the river and enjoy yourself. Susan was a great host, gave detailed, easy, and clear instructions and was very responsive.

Janet is very attentive to details and her camp has everything you could need! The beautiful screened in porch was amazing to keep us out of the rain but could still enjoy the view! The camp was spotless and we had an amazing stay, thank you Janet! Would recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy a getaway from home!

We enjoyed our visit and use of the cottage. Lisa was fantastic and attentive. She was available for any questions and responded quickly. The cottage was very clean and cozy.

My friends and I planned a one-day vacation, and I can say that for such a plan, this cottage is a very good place. It offers picturesque views of the lake and trees, and a peaceful environment where you can only hear birdsong. Also, Andrey was very supportive.

The house is outstanding. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. Kitchen fully equipped. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The views are incredible. Hosts were very responsive plus gave us tips of places to eat and told us things that are going on in the area. Super friendly. We will definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend you visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This home is stunning, and well equipped, in a beautiful location. It was outstanding to be right on the lake with kayaks and canoes. Nights were spent grilling, having bonfires, and looking out over the lake (or up at the stars) in the hot tub. Everything was fantastic - the only downfall is accessibility, as you need to take a ferry to the island. At the end of the day though, the ferry was just an extra piece of planning and research, but was unproblematic. Great house - thank you Maria!

Shannon did an excellent job communicating with us and provided us with picture instructions on how to use the hottub, firepit and remotes for the heat and fireplace. She was aware we were celebrating my fiancé's birthday and was so sweet to leave him a birthday card and chocolates. We were also pleasantly surprised to see she had a snack basket, bottled water, eggs, bagels and food in the cuoboards that we could help ourselves to at no extra cost. She was extremely welcoming and allowed us to take our time checking out. We loved our stay at her beautiful home and highly recommend this place.
