its a great place Fantastic views, Nik is very helpful and a great host but also keeps his distance. overall a great place to stay if your visiting Fleetwood or Thornton-Cleveleys.

A very warm welcome into a beautiful house. Hosts very approachable even the little dog. Great selection of breakfast items. Beautiful huge bath. It does get quite cold in the rooms during the night/morning so would recommend taking a dressing gown. We would definitely like to stay again.

Quick last minute booking for us as we had sudden travel plans. The host Alex was super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to querries. Great price and so thought we’d take a chance with this new house on the app. Wow! So glad we did! Really loved the location and the proximity of the house to the stunning coastline. The house itself is super clean and really comfortable with something different from the ordinary, lovely attention to detail and very interesting touches- such a breath of fresh air compared with other accommodation I’ve rented in the past. Stayed with my wife which was really enjoyable and next time I’ll bring the kids too as they’d love the themed house and local amenities! I will also endeavour to visit the famous Fleetwood links golf course. Thoughtful extras like books, beach toys and games are also provided which my wife thought was a really nice touch. All in all I would recommend this for couples or families as a very nice home from home break by the sea.

Third time at Irena's place! Always a good stay. Spacious apartment with excellent facilities. My previous reviews have a lot more of detail. There are always a few new things, such as extra soft furnishings or an upgraded coffee machine. Irena clearly cares to keep making guests' stays great. Suffice to say I wholeheartedly recommend.

loved the place only thing missing was some extra heating apart from radiator in lounge it got cool in there a couple of times whilst watching the panoramic views the bedroom was never cold .The loo and kitchen were tiny but that's okay as we didn't stay in them long kitchen equipment was all there .will be returning next year very close to dog friendly beach

Great place to stay - it must, be we've stayed twice now! Emilee is a fantastic host and the house is lovely and nice and quiet yet really convenient.

Cannot fault our stay at all! Helen and Alex were friendly, warm and welcoming. They communicated well and were on hand if we needed anything. It was lovely to be introduced to their gorgeous dog and they really made a fuss of our fur baby too. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The shops, cafes, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance and we would highly recommend staying here for a visit to Lytham or the surrounding areas. Thank you!

a beautiful caravan, giving us a comfortable 2 night stay. The location is remote, perfect for peaceful coastal walks and a day trip into Morcambe. Just what the doctor ordered. The caravan was well equipped with cleaning products, toilet rolls, towels, games, blankets etc they even had hot water bottles! we had all that we needed for a great stay and would definitely book again. Patty’s Barn was a lovely stay for our family. Michelle was very friendly and helpful and we were made to feel very welcome. The place we stayed at was cosy and full of character, with great facilities for us to use on site.

Petit mais agréable, au calme à l'arrière de la maison. Nous n'étions que 2 donc ok mais je ne vois pas 4 personnes dormir là, le clic clac est un peu petit pour 2. Simple et propre, rien à dire. Je reviendrai volontiers

We’ve had an absolutely fantastic weekend in Liverpool – both because LFC secured their 20th league title and because we stayed in a lovely apartment. Our host, Kunle, welcomed us and gave us a tour of the place. We truly enjoyed the apartment, which is on the 14th floor and offers a stunning view of the docks and the river. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, and the host was quick to respond to any questions. It was also a big plus that there was a grocery store nearby, with fresh baked goods available even on Sunday! We can wholeheartedly recommend Kunle’s apartment.

It appears that we didn’t actually stay in the advertised apartment - we stayed in the one above which I have a feeling was actually bigger as over 2 floors - amazing views of the Mersey and the prom was fabulous for walking. Norma - who met us was so helpful. Only negatives were very minor - public transport to Liverpool involves quite a walk - not a particular issue for us however. Could have done with an instruction manual especially for TV and for the fancy showers- however excellent value for money and would definitely recommend

I will certainly be back as the flat is gorgeous and the location perfect. The sun comes in the window in the afternoon making it a great spot to sit. Thank you.

Lovely apartment on the top floor, situated in a quiet street, but easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s a great base with everything you need, one of the previous reviews says it does what’s on the tin, and I 100% agree. Fabulous bed, very comfy with great facilities. If I had to throw a negative in the walls have been touched up with a different coloured paint which was a shame, however that doesn’t stop you having a great time. Hosts were friendly and informative.
