Located at 14 Brentham St Leederville. Surrounded by parkland and a great courtyard this villa has to be seen to be believed! The villa provides parking for 2 cars on the property and is light and bright with good vibe. Situated 1km from a cafe strip the villa is handy to a great continental deli bottle shop and lots of good restaurants if you don't feel like cooking.
