Stunning high ceilings, huge 72" fireplace, an office, laundry room, all Samsung stainless-steel appliances, and much more. Out by the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table and chairs, firepit. The heated pool & spa features a shallow "beach area". Modern New-Build Luxury Villa!

This villa, completed in 2025, leaves nothing to be desired. The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an office. House features an oversized heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, 4 fire pits, tiki hut. By arrangement and for an extra fee, the large boat lift can also be used. By boat, you can reach the river in 5 minutes without bridges. Pets are not allowed. Every room has a TV and an extra TV on Patio. Gas and electric is not included and will be charged at day of departure.

Located in Sun Retreats Fort Myers Beach (formerly Indian Creek), just 3 miles from Fort Myers Beach, Bunche, and Sanibel Island, and Margaritaville. The property offers amenities, including pools, pickleball, tennis, and numerous activities. It’s a great location, away from the main beach traffic but still close to shopping. The trolley also stops right at the entrance. The bungalow features a fully equipped kitchen and allows one pet up to 20 pounds. An occupant must be 35 or older.

The only shared area is the driveway, and we have exterior security cameras in place for your peace of mind. The other unit is used for my personal use and the garage is a storage.
