Great pubs nearby. Own patio and fire basket in orchard. 3 friendly dogs, 2 horses. On May Hill with many walking opportunities . Seven counties visible from the top. On edge of Forest of Dean with excellent walking/cycling routes, and canoeing on the River Wye just 20 mins away. Cheltenham races 40 mins.

It is light, spacious with large windows and doors to the patio. Original beams enhance it's character. 3 Good Food Pubs are within 1 mile. It is 20 minutes drive from M5 and 8 minutes from M50. Three Counties Showground hosting events all year is 15 minutes whilst medieval Tewkesbury, Ledbury market town and Malvern are 20 minutes drive.
