Close proximity to KU campus, Allen Fieldhouse, Memorial Stadium, restaurants, Clinton Lake & bike/walking trails. We are a couple of miles from I- 70/Lecompton interchange. 3 BR /1.5 bath, full kitchen, laundry facilities, onsite parking. Private country views and livestock on property. Only 6 guests per night.

You can eat at the picnic table in the fenced in back yard, or enjoy a burger made on the electric grill. On chilly evenings you can turn on the gas fireplace to stay extra warm. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is space on the street too.

Only 15 minutes from downtown Lawrence, KU, and I-70. Plus, it has a sauna for you to enjoy! The sauna converts to a shower with hot water. NO INDOOR TOILET. The composting toilet is right outside the door on the deck so is easy to reach. We pride ourselves on it being a pleasant environment and NOT stinky!
