Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Bienvenue au mas l’Andreu – La Vie en Pente Douce. Cette ancienne ferme édifiée en 1756 est cachée dans un vallon isolé en pleine nature. Profitez du calme et de l’air pur de ce véritable havre de paix, avec 3000 m² de jardins sur 6 ha de terrain incluant rivière et cascade. Accès gratuit aux équipements de loisir : piscine, spa, sauna, salle de jeux, boulodrome. Le Gîte Abbé Arnulphe, classé 3* est doté de 4 couchages. Les autres gîtes du mas sont Wilfred le Velu et Guillaume de Gausselme.

Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

Un cadre aussi somptueux se mérite, le mas se situe à 7 kms de Prats-de-Mollo, et est accessible par une petite route sinueuse et étroite, mais sans danger.
