A double decker deck for sunning and a pier with a ladder to swim or fish. Plenty of parking and a large back yard . a small boat ramp for jet ski launch if wanted or a large boat ramp just down the road. Fire pit with alot of chairs for the whole family!

Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.
