If you want to explore other areas, you can ride a bus downtown (bus stop is a block away, rapid D line), drive a Zip car (multiple locations on Queen Anne hill) or take Uber. Wonderful top floor near everything! This private and charming apartment is just west of a large wooded park, the zoo, and a large lake with bike and walking trails and boat rental. Just to the North are several blocks of shops, pubs and restaurants. Very walkable, but metro is a block away and heads directly to the core of downtown and the Pike Place Market, with easy connections to the stadiums and the waterfront. Done with the city? Sit out under the 100 year old apple tree in the garden.

Private, one bedroom daylight basement apartment in Seattle's Magnolia neighborhood. The space is all yours, however my boyfriend and I and two young adult children do live upstairs. We are located near the Sound, Discovery Park, the Ballard Locks, the largest blue heron reserve in the U.S., and a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Visitors will have driveway parking, a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, and private bath. Carport is your private patio area.

This home is a separate dwelling with it's own driveway and private entrance located on our property. The short walk to the beach is about 5 minutes where you can have a beach fire, build a fort or simply relax and enjoy the views of the shipping lanes, Mt. Rainer, herons, eagles, orcas and our neighborhood sea lions.

Ghost Salmon Cabin is a custom built studio cabin. It is a unique design, with wood floors, a vaulted wood ceiling and a large wrap around deck. The location is in the Sandy Hook neighborhood. It is not in any town but near several. Kiana Lodge is a 3 minute walk from the cabin. Two ferry terminals (Kingston/Edmonds and Bainbridge/Seattle routes) are 20 minutes away. It is centrally located near Poulsbo, Suquamish, Kingston and Bainbridge Island.
