Apt has its own separate entrance w/keyless lock. Our place is good for couples/solo/business travelers/families w/small kids. WE DO NOT RENT TO LOCALS.

This house was Est. in 1833 and was one of the original Homesteads on the Eastside of Indianapolis. The house is fully furnished with all the items of being home.
