Nicely stocked kitchen and dining in kitchen, dining room, and on patio. The pool is available, but not heated. Spa is not heated. The pool is cleaned weekly on Tuesday. There is a pool net available to remove leaves and other debris. Trailers, boats, RVs can not be parked at the property.

Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, gym, pharmacy and grocery stores but tucked away on a quiet street. A 7 minute drive from McKinney downtown, 15 min. drive from Plano and Frisco areas and 40 minutes from Dallas/DFW airport. We allow for at least 24 hours between reservations to thoroughly clean and disinfect the whole house.
