A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

U beschikt over een privéschuurtje voor uw fietsen. Sinds april 2024 hebben wij een groot balkon waarmee u prachtig uitzicht heeft over de vijver. Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Paesens Moddergat is een van de mooiste plekjes van Nederland, ligt 10 minuten rijden van het Nationaal Park Lauwersmeer en 10 minuten van het elfstedenplaats Dokkum. Activiteiten: wadlopen of zwerftochten ( zie Oan e'dyk) dagje Ameland, dagje Schiermonnikoog, vis eten in de visserij haven van Lauwersoog, zeehonden tochten. Ook zeer geschikt voor vogelspotters (zie natuur fotografie Lauwersmeer) welke vogels in en rond het Lauwersmeer leven.
