Heated Pool (No Cleaning Fee)

Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.

Hello and welcome to my beautiful Seashell Cottage! I have completely renovated and remodeled this townhome for you! It has a new kitchen and bathroom, new vinyl plank flooring upstairs, new furniture and bedding throughout, and is freshly painted. Decorated in a turquoise beachy decor, it gives you a sense of peace and tranquility the moment you step inside! There are gorgeous water views of the lake from both the first and second floor.

This 2.2 cottage located on 10+ acres features waterfront view and ample parking. Tranquility and paradise intersect here. There are multiple buildings on site, so you may see other guests. There are kayaks and canoes on property. First come first serve. There is a boat ramp on property you are welcome to use for boats or kayaks. No smoking and No animals. We are a farm, so we cannot allow outside animals to the property.

Located in Nokomis FL, a few miles from Venice Florida. This house is located on the water near the famous Venice Inlet waterway. Enjoy quiet, spacious, family friendly accommodations, with direct water access just a few minutes to the beach. Divers welcome. We have plenty of space for drying and rinsing gear and dive buoys. Two stand up paddle boards and two person kayak included with life jackets of all sizes.
