lugar único com piscina e Hidromassagem. o local fica bem localizada com fácil acesso. bairro simples mais muito seguro falo isso porque sempre morei na rua a mais de 20 anos. vizinhos muito tranquilo que na minha opinião isso é um ponto muito importante. 25 min do centro de Curitiba 20 min do cento de São José dos pinhais 17 min do aeroporto 5 min super mercado na esquina 5 min farmácia frutaria na esquina da casa mina panificadora na rua da casa também
