The home was as described. It was great to have accessories for the beach like chairs and an umbrella, especially when you’re flying. If you’re not used to Florida the bugs can be a bit much, there was even a frog sitting on the door handle to get inside. Just of note, the shower was smaller than anticipated but there were no issues with it. It was nice having a king size bed. We visited Captiva, sanibel, Bunche, Estero, and lovers key beaches. Estero had the softest sand but lovers key was the best with cost of parking.

We enjoyed our stay in Jerry’s place on Miramar Beach. Jerry was very responsive and his onsite property manager handled all our requests quickly and efficiently. The property was as described and landscaped nicely. Very pet friendly. Miramar Beach is beautiful and you can walk there. Lots of restaurants around too. We were there for 4 weeks. We happened to be there for the historic snow of 2025 and it made it fun!

This place is beautiful. So much room! The hot tub is nice and relaxing and so private. Also a pool table. Beds were so comfortable. Also it was nice that you could park in garage. Wish we were staying more than one.

The was the best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. This place was amazing! We were in awe at the home! The beds were also very comfortable. We didn’t want to get up haha. Ronin was very responsive. It was so much wonderful! We definitely want to stay here again whenever in town! Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Everything is exactly as pictured.

Place is exactly what was listed. Nice, clean, quiet, and in the heart of Dunedin. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is very peaceful and I enjoyed waking up and watching the view from my room. She has provided nice touches for guests and it was clean and close to everything. I felt secure and comfortable. I highly recommend this place, as it’s close to everything and she is very nice. 😊

The house was well-stocked, which was helpful since we flew in. Plenty of towels for swimming and bathing, kitchen condiments, and dishes. We only had to buy food and Kleenex. Even paper products and trash bags were provided! Lots of information the area was provided also, which was helpful.

We absolutely loved the apartment and enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, uncluttered and comfortable. The location was wonderful. It was an easy walk to the Institute of Contemporary Art, shops and restaurants. It was an easy 15 minute drive out to the beach, and to the performing arts center downtown. A extra special bonus is the Sacred Vedic Arts museum and cultural center located just across the street from the apartment. Bottom line, we found lots to enjoy, and will definitely stay here again.

Cozy and comfortable! Our stay was amazing! Everything in both condos was exactly as described! Walking distance of the casino and the aquarium. Surrounded by great restaurants and places to shop and short distance from the French quarter. I could not have asked for a better birthday weekend experience

My partner and I had a wonderful time at kavitas place. The view from the pool was beautiful and we were able to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Close to town, easy to find, and very peaceful. Would definitely stay again when visiting culebra.

We loved our Spring Break stay at Helen and Hannah’s condo. The condo and the complex are beautiful and everyone was very friendly. A lot of retirees were around for the week, but a few families too. Our 15-year old enjoyed it too and we made daily use of the tennis court, pool and grill. The location is very convenient and is a bit away from the main Spring Break area and beach, but we like the peace. Thank you very much and we’ll consider returning again.

The hosts were super easy to communicate with. The place has a generous cancellation policy. We needed to change our travel plans last minute due illness & needed to rebook. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shopping area to eat dinner every night. Also loved being able to walk to the beach. We forgot a few things while at the beach & was easy just to go back to the condo to grab something. Highly recommend !

We loved this condo!! We typically always get a higher floor for the view, but you get the best of both worlds with this - a beautiful view and a walkout to the beach. It was super convenient for baby nap times to still be able to lay out in the sun on the patio. The condo was very nice and had great extra touches like beach towels, towel clips, cooler, and a baby pack and play. The beach service was also so convenient. Our only complaint was something super minor - there were only a couple throw blankets to add to the beds for those of us who sleep a little cold. And that is just personal preference! We would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!!

It was a good stay overall, I just wished that the host would’ve put on the website rules about the " No reverse" parking because, some people like myself after traveling that long and being tired won’t always notice a sign of no reverse parking randomly placed. The host did have a book of rules where the No reverse parking was stated but it’s buried in all the other information and who wants to read that they’re first day after all the traveling. I recommend highlighting that important part since it cost me 125$ plus the time it took to do everything else to get my vehicle back. I was pretty disappointed of seeing my car being towed when I was sure that my license plate could be seen as required and I followed the other rules. Besides that my overall experience was good. The place was clean and mostly quiet. Thank you for the stay and be blessed.

We had a great time, it was the perfect place for our little family get away! The communication was great and they gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit around the area! Would definitely stay here again!
