New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

Uma antiga casa de barco, construída na década de 50 e que pertencia ao antigo hotel Belvedere, localizado em uma pequena baía chamada de Sepituba. Nesse hotel, meu pai passou sua juventude passeando de canoa. O lugar tem uma energia deliciosa p descansar e contemplar a vista deslumbrante do mar e da Ilhabela, que fica à nossa frente. Slow down and be transported to another time and place in this 1834 creole cottage along Bayou Teche. The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
