We had a great stay with family. We were there for Thanksgiving gathering and it turned out nice. Thomas's property made us feel like we were at home. We were able to bring our pet with us and even he was comfortable! The home has nice views of Lake Travis and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a lovely stay… I had to agree with Barbara that the construction was very loud and it was hard to relax in the pool with the sounds of lots of construction noise but those are things beyond the owners control. We love the location and thought it was a great house and the pool was phenomenal. We really enjoyed our stay and it was clean and really enjoyed the close proximity into town. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful home!! I would definitely rent this home again in the future just due to the location. :)

My family and I have stayed here twice now. Everyone loves walking and enjoying the beautiful pond and tropical plants. Lots of room to spread out and relax. This is a home away from home. Kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked as well. Thank you Micheal for a clean, well taken care of home! The check out instructions are also minimal, which is just such a blessing to the vacation 🙌🏼 Can't wait to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in St. Augustine! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to historic downtown, restaurants, and the beach, but still quiet enough to relax. The host was super responsive and thoughtful, even leaving a few local recommendations that we really enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We just spent my 50th Bday week in this house, with 5 women total and we LOVED it! Removed just enough from town but still walkable, views for miles, clean, comfortable big beds, and a lovely pool and hot tub that work! Already planning a return. So many extras, and immediate response and help when needed. The sofas in each downstairs room are thick twin mattresses, which accommodated one woman well for the week. (And we are all tall!) and the futon in the upstairs bathroom as perfect as well. The outdoor showers are gorgeous. we made an effort to conserve water, but were never short on hot water. The coffee is single keurig pods, which we finished in 2 days, so we bought ground coffee and large filters and used a pot with a colander to make a drip ‘coffee pot’ daily. We stopped on the way there at a large grocery for wine, mixers, large food items and snacks, but the tiendas in town have groceries if needed. Restaurants were wonderful. Renting 6person electric golf cart was perfect.

Amazing property with amazing view

This place is amazing! The location is incredible, it sits on a very private beach cove. The beach is beautifully sandy, with spots of shade and sun. Most days, it felt like our own private beach with rarely anyone else around. The home feels like it sits right at the edge of a jungle, and the landscaping is beautiful. It creates an extremely peaceful atmosphere, great for relaxing. The water here is protected and very calm, which made for great snorkeling. The housekeeper/chef is great, she made us great meals, assisted with grocery shopping, and made sure our every need was met. I can't speak highly enough of the host and staff, from booking to checkout the communication was excellent. If you are looking for a private beach getaway, this is your spot.

Our 2nd visit to PVR, but 1st time staying in the RZ. It was great! A block off the beach, so much to do nearby, and surprisingly quiet at night. Really quiet! The condo was super, the rooftop fabulous, the staff friendly and helpful, and other people staying there were nice too. We would for sure stay here again.

Found this Condo to be delightful. Condo is part of a bigger complex managed by someone else...not Karina. Keep that in mind. Being right next to the pool and the beach was so convenient, however the Condo management (not Karina) locked beach access at 7PM - 7AM. The nice thing is Karins's MASTER Key and if you get locked out, you can go around another door in the parking lot. I don't know what they are trying to do by locking that beach door. AC was great. Bed was comfortable. Nice sunlight into the area. Had to figure out the shower, wasn't the best but it did what I needed. The parking garage is fine but expensive, multiple restaurants in walking distance. Really in the heart of Condado and that was what I needed. Very nice place for my purpose.

o espaço deles Carlos é ainda mais lindo do que nas fotos. Estava extremamente limpo e é completo, tem absolutamente TUDO. Colchao e roupas de cama e banho IMPECÁVEIS! Ate chapinha de cabelo. Carlos foi um anfitrião muito querido e respondeu rapidamente nas vezes que precisei! Se vc vai à Floripa e deseja ficar em um local lindo e tranquilo, aqui é o seu lugar. Voltarei sempre!

We had a truly wonderful week staying in the Casa Grande. There is so much to do and see in Puerto Vallarta, but it was sometimes hard to leave the oasis Susan has created here! You inevitably do, but you really look forward to arriving back at the end of the day. The location, the amenities, and the hosting is unmatched. We especially enjoyed sunsets on the patio and time spent in the adjoining garden. Susan went above and beyond in many ways to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you - we can’t wait to return!

It was a pleasure staying at Josés place. Everything was super convenient and there was everything you needed. Communication was great and José answered very fast and was very helpful. Location was also perfect. My warmest recommendations.

This is my third time at Andres’s place and I felt like always really at home. This is my favorite place in Boca Chica and I hope to back soon! Since the first time I came Andres always makes me feel welcome. Thank you Andres for everything!

The apartment is incredibly spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen has all the essentials—pots, plates, knives—and everything is of excellent quality. All the appliances are top-notch and in perfect working condition. The air conditioning in every room is fantastic. The balcony is absolutely stunning, complete with a jacuzzi and breathtaking views. Sunsets here are truly magical. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach and pool, with the best beach in Cap Cana—clean, with soft white sand. The pool is enormous, and it's only an 8-minute drive to the marina, where you'll find plenty of restaurants. There are also two parks nearby to visit. It’s incredibly peaceful at night, making it the perfect vacation spot for my family. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning! Thank you, Pablo, for being such a great host!

C'est un bel appartement bien équipé, avec une facilité de mouvement vers différents endroits. Chambre avec un lit confortable. L'environnement est plutôt calme et offre la possibilité de faire la marche à pied ou du jogging, ou encore prendre de l'air dans un espace vert qui n'est pas loin. La proximité du supermarché facilite les courses d'approvisionnement.

This is a wonderful unit! Every room is gorgeous, the beds are very comfortable, amazing deck and living room and well equipped kitchen. We loved staying at this unit and the building pools were incredible! It was a very quick walk into town, easy UBER as well. We had a masseuse come in one day (ask staff - her name was Lily) and a private chef one day, which was awesome. The only thing we didn't realize when booking was the having a restaurant on site meant we could not take our own snacks and drinks to the pool. It was fine, but it meant we went back to the suite often for food/drinks that were a bit healthier than those offered. The staff at the building were incredible and so helpful! You simply can't go wrong booking this unit.

Really enjoyed the stay here. warning this condo is on a very steep hilly area, there are steps that help lead you to the street but do not book if you have a hard time climbing up and down. such a beautiful location with the sweetest local cats around and kind people. heated pool and jacuzzi. near a lot of great eats and near the beach. omar was super helpful, and even though the fridge was broken which was a small inconvenience he responded to the matter quickly. would stay here again 👍🏻

We had an amazing time, and this place is absolutely gorgeous. Jorge and Alfredo were wonderful hosts. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this space and the surrounding area. It is so inviting and serene, and it truly helped to make our trip something special. It’s just a short walk down the hill to all the shops, restaurants, and the beach. But honestly, between the private pool and amazing view, no one would blame you for staying in your room all day! Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay

GREAT location - direct access to private beach - we saw a turtle swimming our last day and spent 15 mins following it.. was so cool. Paynes beach is actually where the Catamarans stop to see the turtles and swim. Lots of really nice restaurants around too.
