Our quiet, peaceful apartment features modern kitchen, pantry, large living room, work-space area, breakfast nook, back yard, street parking, 5 minutes to Haggin Museum, University of the Pacific, Dameron Hospital, Dignity Health/St. Joseph's Hospital. 15 minutes to SJ County Hospital, Lodi Wineries and restaurants, 45 minutes to Sacramento, to Livermore Premium Outlets, 90 minutes to San Francisco or to the Napa Valley Wine Train. While on vacation resting and relaxing here is an easy option.

The French Door

This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

You can walk to our small neighborhood shopping area that has a grocery store with a Starbucks, a very popular frozen yogurt shop, restaurants, an independent bookstore and cute shops.

Cozy, newly remodeled and well located, our guesthouse is a great place to stay. We put lots of thought and care in designing a space that people will truly enjoy. We are located in the heart of the beautiful College neighborhood, walkable to Roseburg Square shops and food as well as the Virginia Trail. We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.
