Las Negras: soggiorni in appartamento

Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Todo bien, lugar tranquilo y coincide con las fotos y descripción, la estancia perfecta para disfrutar de la playa y conocer la zona.

This was an amazing find, spectacular apartment and facilities with the benefit of being a 5 minute walk to bars, restaurants etc. Joe, Tatania & Yuri were amazing and we cannot fault the service they gave us from booking to departure. The apartment was spotlessly clean, whilst there was a slight smell of smoke from previous tenants who broke the rules, Joe was extremely apologetic but this in no way impacted our stay. We didn't want to leave this little piece of heaven and will definitely be back, in fact I'm already looking at going back there next month if it's available.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

We stayed at Sam's apartment for four weeks. The terrace is huge, with wonderful views of the sea in one direction and surrounded by hills behind the property. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, and well equipped for a longer stay such as ours. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again!

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host

El apartamento está genial: muy limpio, luminoso, con espacios amplios y una terraza agradable. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de la playa y de otras zonas encantadoras como Ventanicas el Cantal. La cocina está muy bien equipada, perfecta para estancias largas. Jesús y Elena son anfitriones excelentes, siempre atentos y muy rápidos en responder. La urbanización es bonita y muy bien cuidada, con piscina, césped y plantas. Totalmente recomendable!

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento de araceli, estaba muy equipado y limpio, la playa está a poca distancia al lado de bares heladerías y cafeterias, en el piso no se escucha ningun ruido, tambien gracias al parking no teniamos que buscar aparcamiento todo muy comodo y muy facil, aconsejo este apartamento, volveremos sin duda gracias por todo

J'ai passé un séjour de rêve dans le très bel appartement de Salvador qui est adorable, j'ai été en contact permanent avec Isabel et Constanza qui m'ont accueilli incroyablement bien. Des hôtes merveilleux et attentifs avec une incroyable bienveillance. L'appartemment a été joliment décoré et aménagé avec grand soin pour nous donner un maximum de confort. Tout est très propre, la cuisine est très bien équipée, la salle de douche très agréable, la literie très confortable et la terrasse, juste incroyable, tres confortable, avec une vue phénoménale. La piscine communautaire est un vrai plus et donne une sensation de petit paradis. Tout était parfait ! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir et recommande ce bel endroit sans hésiter. Isabel est un amour et Constanza aussi, l'accueil a été phénoménal et vraiment je n'oublierai jamais ce séjour et je voudrais vraiment revenir ! Merci vraiment à vous pour tout Isabel et Constanza !!!!

El alojamiento nos encantó bien ubicado, está reformado recientemente y la decoración hace muy agradable la estancia, el sofá cama es bastante cómodo y está muy limpio volveremos sin dudarlo, gracias a María y a su hijo Juanfra nos hicieron la estancia muy fácil gracias a los dos por ser tan buenos anfitriones

Precioso apartamento, bastante nuevo y limpio. Ubicación a las afueras pero muy tranquila. Lo único es que hay algunas escaleras para acceder. El resto maravilloso.

Nos encanto el sitio. Una tranquilidad muy buena. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque hubo mal tiempo pero volveremos.

La estancia ha sido fabulosa. Empezando por la atención de Yolanda y Paqui. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida y nos explicaron todo de la casa y la zona muy detalladamente. La casa es muy amplia y está muy bien equipada. En la cocina encontraréis todo lo necesario, cuenta con ropa de cama y baño. El aire acondicionado funciona genial. Además ponen a tu disposición artículos de playa como sillas o sombrillas por si necesitáis. Encontramos todo muy limpio y ordenado. Sin duda repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita a Carboneras. Recomendable 100%

Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte in Patricia‘s Häuschen . Sie begrüßte uns sehr herzlich , hatte bereits einen fahrbaren Gasofen bereit gestellt , wofür wir sehr dankbar waren. Es standen Früchte, Tomaten und Getränke bereit und sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung . Das Innere des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich , es ist alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen . Außen ist es wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Sitzen ein . Da wir nur einen kompletten Tag zur Verfügung hatten , starteten wir früh. Die Gegend in diesem Naturpark ist spektakulär, wir liebten die kleinen Orte an den schönen Stränden . Leider hatten viele Restaurants geschlossen , die Saison im Cabo de Gata endet Mitte Oktober . Wir möchten Patricia noch einmal danken für ihre Gastfreundschaft .

Lloc idoni per desconectar si t'agrada la natura fent senderisme, cayack, snorkel, bicicleta , disfrutar de platges i sobretot amb cales molt boniques on solsament i pots accedir caminant. Les Negres és un poble on menjar peix i marisc fresc , ben situat al mig del Cabo de Gata.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Reservamos en Julio el piso de Ramón para Septiembre. Y no nos equivocamos. Las fotos no hacen justicia a la realidad, es mucho mejor. La ubicación es perfecta. El piso tiene su jardin y todas sus necesidades como la piscina que esta al lado del piso y el horario es de lo mejor hasta las 00h. La playa de Vera esta a 3min en coche y 8 min andando. Al lado del piso habia una puerta exterior de la urbanización y ahi podias aparcar sin ningún problema. El piso esta a 3 min. en coche de Garrucha y a menos de 10 min. de Mojácar. Ramon estaba pendiete de todo lo cual te hace sentirte mas como en casa. Muchas gracias Ramon. Volveremos seguro.

Beautiful site and house. Lovely quiet location but still close to the beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Todo genial. Diana es muy amable, la casa es preciosa, el rooftop maravilloso. Muy cerca a la playa. Todo muy limpio, estilo de casa a tope. Diana es muy amigable, nos dejó chuches, detalles, snacks.

Ha sido una estancia estupenda ! nos gustó que fuera todo planta baja y la piscina de la urbanización a dos pasos, (literalmente) abrir la verja que separaba la terraza del apartamento y estar ya en la piscina. La terracita para desayunar por las mañana, estupenda tb Todo cómodo, con aire acondicionado que bien lo agradecimos, en fin, que volvería a repetir.

Realmente, nos quedamos con ganas de mas!!! El sitio es precioso, pareciera que se había inaugurado para nuestra llegada: todo impecable y no faltaba detalle! Fuimos a pasar una sola noche (lamentando no podernos quedar mas tipo) con dos amigas. El piso es precioso, y la atención de su anfitrión, Jose Maria, no podría haber sido mejor. Nos esperó atentamente a nuestra llegada, recibimos todas las recomendaciones para visitar pueblos y restaurantes por la zona y cómo movernos sin estresarnos 😅. Gracias Jose, volveremos y a hacer alguna temporada mas larga!! 🤗🤗🤗
