This townhouse features a split and open floor plan, full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, dishwasher, microwave and gas cooking. You will also find an office and outdoor seating area. The property is located very near the lovely 4-Hills Park.

This unique place has an ambiance all its own. Located a few minute drive from historic old Mesilla and walking distance to a local coffee shop, Mexican restaurant, and a pizza restaurant. Mesilla plaza, and bars are only a few minutes drive away. The building has stainless steel new appliances and dual refrigerated air mini splits, one in the living room, and one in the bedroom. Please note there is a train that occasionally travels near the neighborhood.
