This house is beautiful 🤩 the rooms have lots of space and they’re very comfortable!! The AC works wonderfully and The pool and Jacuzzi were amazing for the whole family.. But the best parts is the kitchen area on the patio, we were able to have an amazing time with family and friends, thanks to Guillermo that provided us all we needed and responded all my questions even after hours, thank you so much for the hospitality and attention!! The location of this house is very convenient as well!! We will definitely come back 😊

What a wonderful home. All of us were impressed by all the amenities this house has. You can tell Nestor is mindful of his guests’ needs; it’s the details that stand out! The home is walking distance to the beach and pool, which we all enjoyed. We will be booking this house next time we go to Rocky Point!

Great place right on the beach. This place was easy to get to with the directions the owner provided so the check in was hassle free. This unit was behind the other 2 buildings and although the view wasn't quite as good, we found we really enjoyed the privacy and the porch views were great in the morning! It was really easy to get to the beach and the palapas were really nice so you didn't have to set up an umbrella. The beach was really private, only the other people staying at Six palms were there. We really enjoyed the low key atmosphere to just get away. About a 30 min drive to town, but that was clearly stated and we didn't mind it. Overall it was a great place to stay with kids who want to beach the entire day.

Tom fue siempre muy amable y atento. Abierto A darnos recomendaciones y estaba al pendiente. La casa está súper bien muy bonita la sala amplia cocina equipada con lo necesario no necesitas llevar alguna cosa extra. Las camas súper cómodas. Cuenta con bastantes toallas y sus dispensadores de shampoo, acondicionador. Cafetera , licuadora. Todo lo necesario. La alberca agusto templada. A mi familia y a mí nos encantó la 2 terraza con su sala y jacuzzi la vista esta padre hacía los Raizer los cuales alumbran en la noche muy suave con muchos colores. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Perfect for little ones! Our 4-year-old had a blast in the pool. You can easily walk to all amenities in the resort community. The staff in the resort were super kind and helpful informing us of several additional pools we could use. The beach wasn’t ideal but we did kayak to the sandbar at the end of the road at high tide and had a great time. Highly recommend the beach near Wrecked at the Reef in town! The kitchen had everything you could need to cook as we cooked everyday. Mini splits keep it incredibly cool, and it was great to watch sunsets from the rooftop deck. We did loads of yoga up there! One of my top Airbnb experiences + your furry friends can come along too!

Es una estancia muy limpia muy equipada la verdad que si lleno todas mis expectativas súper recomendada y excelente atención el personal muy atento

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. It's right above the swimup bar. All the other pools are very close as well. The beach is under a 10 minute walk. It's also located close to other restaurants and the Malecon. You can get anywhere within 10 minutes of driving. Best part was the balcony and the beautiful views. Definitely worth it especially if you are going in a big group. We didn't cook in the kitchen but it had everything you can possibly need to cook.

Every time I come to rocky point I always book with Airbnb and they never disappoint. This resort was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to do. I would recommend staying at this resort.

We had an great stay at Once Upon a Tide! The house was clean, just steps from the beach, and had stunning ocean views. The AC was ice cold (we ended up there on a surprisingly hot week) and the kids loved the beach toys provided. The rooftop patio was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset, and the kitchen had everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from town, making it easy to explore shops and restaurant. The hosts were great, both Carol and Eric!

We had an excellent trip. We went down due to my health issues for a recovery, and I came back feeling rested and recovered. The place was gorgeous. The vibe was peace and it was just incredible.

We’ve stayed at Zach’s place twice and absolutely love it. The house is cozy, beautiful and extremely clean. The host is very resourceful and friendly. The beach is a quick walk away, the community feels safe and the employees who run the resort are helpful, kind and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We will continue visiting this Airbnb with our kids. It’s perfect for a quick beach getaway.

Great place to stay if the home and it's space is the main draw. The city itself has quite a lot of poverty that made it feel less than comfortable at times. The house is removed from the city a bit and security around the facilities was great. Because of it being more remote the sky was amazing. The pool and house were clean and we enjoyed the wildlife.
