This property not only was pristine and beautiful inside, the views and exterior was amazing as well! I felt extremely relaxed at this home and my family loved it! Watching the Elks and wildlife from inside through the beautiful windows was a highlight of the stay! The home had everything we needed and more!!! Definitely will return - thanks Steven for a great stay!!!

Great place and location. Easy to check in and communication and a welcome letter to the home. Would stay here again if in ft collins.

This home is thoughtfully designed and professionally constructed. It is quiet when you walk anywhere up or downstairs. Automatic night lights make for safe night wanderers. Seemingly insignificant touches were thought of and taken care of. Dinner dishes are Mikasa china. There are enough bowls, pots and pans to repare a full course dinner, including a Lodge cast iron skillet. This house is located atop a hill with a view of all mountains surrounding Estes Park. Four deer wandered through the neighborhood each morning. Spare pillows and blankets accommodated those who like extras. The large garage is clean, well lit and accessible, important for winter guests.

We enjoyed our stay. This Airbnb is right on the main strip so you can easily walk to any spot. The entrance and private balcony are Located in the alley at the back of the Airbnb. The front of the Airbnb has two big windows and excellent views of town and a mountain peak. Host was responsive and helpful. Checking in was easy.

for our family of 5, the home had the space we need to spread out and relax comfortably. Couldn't ask for a better location in town. We had no issues with the home outside of the garabage disposal being clogged upon arrival, I had the appropriate bit in my tool kit to spin the shaft and clear the clog. All 5 of us wanted agreed, we'd love to live there

The perdect place to stay if you're heading to RMNP. This is close the Beaver Meadow entrance. There is plenty of space for up to six people. We traveled with four adults and two kids and always felt there was plenty of space. We typically don't eat out a lot when in Estes Park so the full kitchen with dishwasher was greatly appreciated. Added plus is the washer and drawer, no need to over pack your luggage if you're OK with doing a little laundry.

Thank you so so much for providing a lovely spot for us to vacation! Years back, when our kids were all home, we lived in West Virginia, in a house very much like this one! So we instantly felt right at home, flooded with warm memories!! And beyond the awesome house, and delightful mountain vistas, the incredible cleanliness stood out tops to me!! :) Thank you so very much!! :) All in all, your lovely home offered such a nice spot for us all to connect again, as family. We had a great stay and experience with Brad and Urbanize! They were really responsive in communication, answered every question I had, offered plenty of resources to make my stay enjoyable, and the property was well kept and very comfortable. If I come back to the area, I'll look to stay here again.

This is a lovely, well decorated and well stocked home. There is nice shared space, and nice private space for two couples. We felt cozy and comfortable. Loved our walk down to the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Didn’t figure out the posted code for the front door, so just went in and out through the garage. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

We came to visit for a weekend and could not be more happy with this listing. This house was extremely clean and just as advertised. The town was also beautiful and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This unit was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay in Loveland. The unit was welcoming, easy to get into, looked just like the pictures, and was clean and new. We arrived late at night and were excited to at least find coffee available for us in the morning. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and other appliances and perfect for cooking meals. There are toys and baby things there for families. There was a garage available for use and other games and outside amenities like a corn hole game and a grill on the patio. The location is great, kind of on the outside of Loveland but close to shopping and restaurants. The host went above and beyond to contact me about AirPods we left there and made arrangements to get them back to us. I would give this place 10 stars if I could, and we will definitely stay here again the next time we come to Loveland.

Amazing stay in Estes Park – highly recommend! We’ve been coming to Estes Park for years and this was easily our favorite place to stay. The view from the deck is amazing, and we loved being away from the busyness of downtown while also having convenient access to shopping and RMNP. Having a garage was a great bonus, especially this time of year! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts of home. We loved cooking in the large, fully stocked kitchen. The host was responsive, friendly, and provided excellent recommendations for local activities and dining. Their attention to detail made our trip feel extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Estes Park. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable mountain getaway!

This was my favorite Airbnb so far!! The townhouse was spacious and decorated tastefully. Location was great and not in a sketchy area. The fully loaded kitchen was super helpful when we wanted to eat in. We had such a great time visiting Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Fort Collins! Loveland is a nice area too. I highly recommend Melissa’s place!

The house was CLEAN! I’ve stayed at a bunch of vacation rentals and when I say I FELT like the house was clean, I think I know what I’m talking about. I was also visiting with my mom; trust me, she would complain if this was not true. 5 stars for cleanliness alone. Jenna was quick to respond to all of my questions! And even stopped by to pull out a space heater, help with the fireplace, and replaced a light bulb for us. There is a grill and propane heater on the patio. Both worked well. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with the essentials. & the laundry room also had what we needed. Something I want to note: Read the description well about the river. It is “near” by, like across the driveway behind the neighbor’s house. You have NO view of it from the house, and even though it’s near, you really can’t hear it either. If you’re looking for a landing place while visiting the Rocky’s this was perfectly situated. Not far from town and a short drive to the park’s entrances.

We had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s place. She made us feel so welcomed! We enjoyed her little notes throughout her place and recommendations on coffee shops, places to eat, even places to hike. The house was very well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries if we had forgotten any, and even extra goodies! We felt well cared for!!

What a delightful home! Everything about the townhouse was comfortable, stylish, organized and modern. We loved Fort Collins, (first time visiting) and found this the perfect location for enjoying Old Town and for visiting with our student at CSU. This home is exactly as described. All instructions were clear, simple and timely. We had our mini-goldendoodle with us and this worked out fantastically with her. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. Thank you, we hope to return!
