Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. Parking is free street parking around the area.

Used exclusively as a guest house, it features modern conveniences, privacy, and unique Western decor -- a perfect getaway. Note: There is a basement apartment below with a separate entrance that is rented out to someone we trust. The renter does have a dog. Check in at 3 pm or later; check out at 11 am.

The art loft is one of the most beautiful spaces in Laramie. It is full of light and space. Designed as a passive solar apartment it is cool in the summer and warm and sunny in the winter. The furnishings are kept tastefully minimal to set off the feel of space but also to draw attention to the artwork. Both the hosts are Proffessional artists and have welcomed a chance to share their work and the work of others. There is never enough wall space!
