Located in the tree area just south of the University of Wyoming, our cute one bedroom basement apartment has been completely remodeled. We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Upstairs is also an Airbnb.

It features a private entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed, the other a full sized bed. Free Wifi. It is located one block from the University of Wyoming. There is available off street parking. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs welcome, $10/day fee for a dog.

The Birdhouse

This sunny, fully furnished garden-level apartment in a quiet neighborhood is close to everything. You're an easy walk to the University of Wyoming campus, stadium, Arena Auditorium, and the dorms. Fast and sit down restaurants, movies, and our town's prettiest park (1 block) are close by. Laramie is proud of its western roots and the art, music and cultural events it hosts. Our little town makes the perfect home base for exploring the Rocky Mountain Region's rich recreational activities.

King size Industrial Studio with patio close to UW

Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with an oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. A/C is seasonal. Parking is free street parking around the area.

This one bedroom nook is outfitted with everything you need for your private getaway, including a cozily appointed kitchen, laundry center, and office space. This lower level apartment beneath a private home has its own entrance from the backyard. Egress window in the bedroom for safety, as well as a garden window in the kitchen and full walk-out entry at the office flood the home with sunbeams.

We are located less than 6 miles from the University of Wyoming. Great for game day weekends - football and basketball, terrific for skiing, and hiking for summer vacations!

This lodging is a 3 bedroom, 1 bath fully furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Inside, you'll notice a celebration of Wyoming culture. Used exclusively as a guest house, it features modern conveniences, privacy, and unique Western decor -- a perfect getaway. Note: There is a basement apartment below with a separate entrance that is rented out to someone we trust. The renter does have a dog. Check in at 3 pm or later; check out at 11 am.

The Art Loft

The art loft is one of the most beautiful spaces in Laramie. It is full of light and space. Designed as a passive solar apartment it is cool in the summer and warm and sunny in the winter. The furnishings are kept tastefully minimal to set off the feel of space but also to draw attention to the artwork. Both the hosts are Proffessional artists and have welcomed a chance to share their work and the work of others. There is never enough wall space!
