We really enjoyed our stay here! Great privacy, cozy house and we loved the amenities of the fire pit and paddle boat. It was perfect for bringing our little one too, with a crib and toys available! We should have brought binoculars for all the cool birds and ducks we saw. There were even swans on the lake! I wish we could have stayed longer. The nearby town of Holly looks like it came straight out of a hallmark movie! It was so cute and had really amazing antique stores as well as some really great little restaurants we were able to try. I would move to this area in a second if I could!

It was fine. Initially booked a different location based on the location. It was double booked and we were moved to a different location. Not the worst thing in the world, but was surprised to be relocated last minute.

We had a great stay at Alex’s place. Once inside, not having stairs was much appreciated by my older sister. All modern appliances were a plus for our stay. A level 2 charger convenience was also the reason why we booked his place.

We enjoyed all the comforts of home in this lovely house while getting to know Rochester. Gabe was super responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space to enjoy extended family time. Wooded trails out the back door and an amazing neighborhood park were added bonuses! The kitchen had everything we needed. A great home base for experiencing all that Rochester has to offer!

Ammie’s place was cute and cozy. There was plenty of room for all of us and plenty of blankets to cuddle up in as we had our girl chats every night. The only problem was the airbnb site sent us a door code two days before checkin that didn’t work. When I looked Ammie had sent a code at checkin time that was correct.

Quaint house perfect for our crew. Within walking distance of most of Frankenmuth.

This home was as described. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the breakfast and coffee on the first morning of our stay. We specifically appreciated the small coffee maker in addition to the Keurig style coffee maker. We were in the area for our daughter’s graduation from Oakland University. Our plans included overnight guests as well as additional friends for dinner after the ceremony. Ella communicated her expectations clearly and simply. Everything worked out perfectly. I specifically noticed that the home was stocked with plenty of dishes, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper to accommodate the plans we had communicated to her. Check-in and check-out was simple. Her communication was prompt and attentive. I am glad that I booked this place and I would recommend it to my friends.

The apartment was a great value – clean, modern, and comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet, even within an apartment building. The check-in process could have been smoother, and the kitchen amenities were a bit sparse (no toaster, for example), but overall, it was a solid stay and met our needs.

I really enjoyed my stay at the house, it was in a perfect location for me, super easy to find, and simple easy check in and check out, Mateos's was always available if needed and always very responsive to any messages or communication we had during my stay, he was a great host and I would highly recommend staying here and I would certainly stay again if I'm back in the area and the home is available, especially in the summer with the home having a pool, it is winter now and the home was great it would be over the top with the pool in the summer, a great place to stay!

Beautiful clean home, beautiful yard and pool. Very spacious, fit our family of 6 very well, plenty of room. This is our 4th time renting from Colleen. Twice here and twice at the lake house. We will definitely rent from her again. She has beautiful homes. Thank you Colleen!

Kyle’s place was a great option for my cousins and I to stay! Very clean, and Kyle was a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here e:)

My family had a great stay at Melyzza’s place. It’s a very spacious multi-level open plan home which we found to be very comfortable. A cozy living room/media area and an additional flexible use space (exercise, lounging) area added to everyone being comfortable. I give Melyzza’s place very high grades for the open floor plan, comfortable bedding including a very roomy master bedroom. Being close to a variety of restaurants and shopping definitely added to an enjoyable stay. Melyzza was a great host. Responded promptly to a booking jam we were in and took care of us in a first class manner throughout our stay. I highly recommend Melyzza’s place!

We enjoyed the living room area and having plenty room to hang out together in addition to the 1/2 bath located on the first floor. Complex was quiet. We would definitely stay here again when we come visit our son for a weekend. The house fit 5 of us comfortably and we enjoyed hanging out and not being cramped in hotel rooms. We made appetizers for dinner one night and the kitchen had what we needed.

My family and I loved the home. The home was beautiful and spotless. The home has a lot of space. The attention detail in the home and quality of everything including beds was great. The pool was amazing. My kids loved it. We have stayed in several homes and this was our favorite home we have stayed in and would definitely stay here again.

We really really enjoyed staying at Bob’s apartment. It was perfectly located for us, as well as generally being very near to all amenities locally. It was quiet and pretty. It was much larger than we thought and we found it very comfortable. Considering we were there for a month it couldn’t have been more perfect to be honest. Kitchen was great and everything we needed was available

Lisa was a wonderful host and even met us at the door when we arrived to make sure that we were settled in okay and knew how everything worked. She checked in throughout the stay just to make sure everything was okay which I appreciated. I would gladly stay here again as it was the perfect location for when we come to visit Lapeer. The place was very clean and lovely and the appliances were easy to use. Thanks again Lisa!

This was our third stay at Kristine's place and will very likely not be our last. Kristine's place provides a relaxing getaway with unique charm and we enjoy every stay. Kristine provides all the amenities to make you feel right at home making this the perfect place for a low-key stay-cation in the winter. By far one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you again for opening your place for us to enjoy! 12/10 recommend!

We loved the historic Holland House in Lapeer. The beds were comfortable and the half bath in the King bedroom was a great convenience. The house is charming and cozy. Brandon has a lovely coffee bar that includes specialty teas and hot chocolate. Nice soaps, body lotion and lovely guest towels made us feel like pampered guests. As an alternative to a hotel room, Brandon's place is hands-down superior. We felt "at home" in the best possible way - as though we were VIP guests. No problems with wifi or streaming. We would definitely book again!

Super charming and quaint lake cottage. So quiet! No noisy road noise! Denise and her husband greeted us from next door at arrival and her husband even spent time with my son to fish! Cabin has more than you would expect from a typical Airbnb. From coffee, teas, and hot cocoas to coffee creamers and snacks in all kinds of varieties only added to the relaxation element during our stay! We enjoyed the fireplace, the board games, all the cabin/bear decor (soooo cute! even down to the dishes!), and the view. Everything was extremely clean. The leather sofa and recliner was a treat (don’t normally find such nice things in a rental), new washer and dryer, bathroom had everything you needed! While small in overall sqft, it accommodated us and our greyhound just fine! Can’t say enough about this place! Hope to come back sometime when the weather is warmer and use the lake! Thanks again guys!

Bernadette was incredibly accommodating and responsive. The listing is clear about it being in the country; it is incredibly peaceful and is on unpaved roads. I stayed there for two nights over the weekend as a single female person of color and felt safe. The place is very well kept, looks exactly like the photos and smelled really lovely too. Bernadette provided some refreshments and a few treats in the fridge and a small bowl of seasonal chocolates on a side table! There were some dog treats in the kitchen too! The only thing I had to figure out was which door/entrance had the keypad to get in, but other than that, I was provided clear instructions for locating the listing when turning onto the property. I recommend this place!
