Lao Cai: soggiorni in alloggi adatti ai bambini

We loved our stay in this beautiful chalet overlooking the mountains. The views were incredible and the garden around the house was lovely! One thing to note for anyone considering staying here is that it is a 30-45 min drive from town - the roads are very rough from the recent typhoon. Other than that, this place was perfect :) Thankyou again for all your help Huyen with finding taxis for our group of six and to Sung for his help with our suitcases.

Il est inconcevable de visiter le Vietnam sans venir rendre visite à Zer et son mari Zang. Ils incarnent toutes les valeurs de ce magnifique pays à la perfection. D’une gentillesse inégalable, Zer a vraiment été aux petits soins avec nous… Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le bel et propre Homestay et nous n’avons manqué de rien. Zer et Zang proposent également de cuisiner des menus vietnamiens traditionnels et ils nous ont même fait l’honneur de manger avec nous. Nous avons passé deux soirées extraordinaires en leur compagnie. D’autre part, Zer a été notre guide pour le trekking autour de Sa Pa. Elle nous a fait découvrir des sentiers incroyables où nous avons eu la chance d’admirer des paysages époustouflants et surtout, en étant tout seuls… ce qui était plus qu’appréciable ! Nous ne pouvons que recommander le Homestay chez Zer et Zang et surtout de vivre cette immersion avec cette famille vietnamienne formidable dans leur culture locale.

We cannot complain even about a single thing. We had at our disposal a very spacious apartment with two en suite bedrooms each of them for four people. There was a kitchen, dining room and laundry service available in the public space. Breakfast is included in the price and unlike other places in Vietnam there are ingredients to prepare something for yourself. We even had fresh pineapples. There is also an option to leave luggage in the lobby, which is extremely useful if you want to hike in the neighborhood of SaPa. Overall, great place, highly recommended.

Our stay At May’s homestead was wonderful! We experienced such rich hospitality and had all of our needs met! The homestay had everything we needed! We would highly recommend adding in the lunch and dinners to your stay! Such a wonderful experience! The 1/2 day trek, and motorbike tour were phenomenal! It gave you a very up close experience with the stunning landscape all around! May was super helpful in helping us make all our connections to get to her village! If you stay with May, you will get one of the best experiences in Vietnam!

We really loved our Stay at Sue’s place. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful and her family is so welcoming. The bungalow was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. The food was really nice and we enjoyed the night meeting nee people from all walks of life. Sue was really helpful in organising taxi’s for us as we travelled. We also did the trek with her daughter as an experience - highly recommended while you stay here. We definitely want to return and stay for even longer.

Great stay, stunning views and peaceful space to stay. The breakfast is worth to pay and they have very good recommendations to visit. Special mention to Fade, who has been super helpful and made our stay better!

Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour en famille chez Mai! Une expérience authentique chez l’habitant, avec Mai et son adorable petit garçon. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux, avons partagé de succulents repas avec eux et avons adoré notre petite cabane rustique. La localisation à l’extérieur de la ville, entourée de la vallée remplie de nuages au cœur des montagnes est incroyable. C’était le point de départ idéal pour de belles randonnées dans les rizières. La communication avec Mai était très amicale et efficace. Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils sur la région. Si vous cherchez une expérience différente, en contact des locaux, c’est l’endroit idéal!

The stay with Jenny was so great. She even booked our sleeper bus going to and from hanoi-sapa. The place was on hilltop, perfect for group vacations and for a peaceful goodnight sleep far from the busy center. Although far from the busy center, the sapa station is walkable under 1 km. They also helped us with our bags/luggage. They gave us a tour cheaper than klook. Thank you, Jenny and Thung.
