Es gibt einen Supermarkt in Charco und mehrere gute inseltypische Restaurants in Mala und Arrieta, wo sich auch ein langer, flacher Sandstrand, geeignet für Kinder und Surfer befindet. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

È spazioso, confortevole, molto luminoso, esposto a sud e soleggiato tutto il giorno. Ha una magnifica terrazza, con piscina riscaldata e viste spettacolari sul mare, sul lungomare e sulla spiaggia, e due amache per uso privato. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.
