Située dans le "triangle d'or" Saint Malo, Dinan, Mont Saint Michel. A 1500m de la Rance et 14km de la mer. Dans la continuité de notre habitation, un "gîte" de 80 m2 sur deux niveaux à la campagne. Au rdc cuisine éguipée, sdb, poêle à bois, coin salon. A l'étage, une grande chambre avec poutres et hauteur sous plafond. Piscine, en général accessible de juin à fin septembre. Nous mettons à disposition barbecue et tables. Proche des bords de Rance, à 10 kms de Dinan et 20 kms de St Malo. Commerces à proximité. Un havre de paix arboré sur deux hectares et un étang. Massages bien-être en sup.

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. There are four large bedrooms, a huge well equipped kitchen and a beautiful dining room with views of the famous Viaduct. The building is located in the port of Dinan which has many wonderful restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the city centre. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
