This is a comfortable flat for 2 people, with amazing views of Swanage bay. Stairs lead up to the flat which is on the 3rd floor of a Victorian villa. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Located on the high street this characterful Purbeck stone cottage was originally built as the Baptist Chapel. It has a wealth of charm with many quirky features. It is situated on the Isle of Purbeck, which is an excellent location for outdoor activities and discovering the delights of the world heritage Jurassic Coast. Positioned close to the Priests Way path you can explore a number of great coastal walks. Or you could just pop across to the fantastic local pub for a pint and bite to eat.

On colder days huddle up on the sofa in front of the logburner or wrap up for some glorious local walks. The historic villages of Corfe Castle, Worth Matravers and Kingston are within walking distance of around 30/45 minutes, with lovely pubs at the end!
