A complete remodel finished in August of 2020 preserved the heartwood pine floors from the 1800s and some of the original brick work but that is where the old part ends. A thoroughly modern private cottage with kitchenette alongside our 1800s stone farmhouse on 11 acres with meadow, woods, walking trail, pond, & creek along Conestoga River. 10mins to downtown, 15min to outlets and Sight Sound Theatre, EZ access to tourist centers. Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. We are following all state and AirBnB standards for cleaning and sanitizing.

This unique space was designed with details in mind. Every corner of this studio style guest house was lovingly restored and considered. This space was at one time the School House to the Farm. The space is light and airy with furniture designed and made by East Otis Studio. Beautiful original artworks. Gorgeous Linen bedding for the best nights sleep! The antique headboard and original bathroom corner sink all make you think of times past. Head on through the sunny living room, the old floors creaking beneath your feet. Enjoy a leisurely cup of coffee perched at the window bar. The original windows form what we call “the tower”. A lovely place to watch the world go by.
