Holly House B & B is a new studio apartment in the downstairs of my 1930's English Tudor home. Its beautiful light-filled decor is designed to help you relax, and unwind during your visit to historic Lancaster County. Holly House offers you privacy with an outside entrance into your tranquil space which features a living room, bedroom alcove, dining space, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry facilities, and off-street parking, steps from your door. The Loft bedroom with your private entrance includes a KING sized bed and a twin bed. Window seat overlooks field and a small town with Amish buggies traveling the rural roads. Within 20 minutes of fabulous local home cooking, smorgasbord or pizza shops...really anything you want. Lancaster City is close with one Central Market a must see along with many quality eateries. Many attractions within an hours drive such as Dutch Wonderland, Longwood Gardens, Hershey and Hershey Park.

The Senator

The Senator B&B is conveniently located in Mt Joy, PA. A very short drive to Lancaster, Hershey, York, and many wonderful attractions and restaurants. The home is 120 years old with tremendous charm and character. Over the warm months the grounds are teaming with flowers to enjoy. Feel free to enjoy the many common spaces to lounge and relax. Please note that this room is on the 3rd floor and does require steps. It is secludes and the only room and bathroom on the 3rd floor.

In a Forest - Ensuite with Separate Entrance

We have a three story A-frame in a small forest in southern Lancaster County. You get the entire downstairs area which has a separate entrance, private bathroom, sitting area, bedroom, and limited kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, and coffee/tea kettle). The surrounding area is rural, peaceful and quiet. Lancaster City is 15 miles to the north, Philadelphia 60 miles to the east, and Baltimore 60 miles to the south.
