Amazing place and Sam was absolutely spot on couldn't fault the experience. The surroundings were breath taking and the panoramic sky view at night truly becomes magical with all the lights off you can see the stars right above you while you're in bed. Overall experience is amazing and would highly recommend for a few days away to just meditate and get away from daily stress.

Really enjoyed our stay, the views of the lake was peaceful and calming. Only advice I would say is make sure to bring bug spray as once it starts getting dark they’re out in force. But that’s not a complaint as we still loved our stay

Thank you Abigail and John. We had such a fantastic weekend! The lodge was much bigger than we expected and really comfortable. The hot tub is brilliant and we went for a swim at the pool onsite which the kids loved. we will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at a charming log cabin on Bazley Street in Bolton, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The cabin is a perfect little get a way and waking up to horses was an added bonus! Jason was exceptional—friendly, responsive, and eager to ensure my stay was perfect. We shall be retuning in the future :)

Myself and my family had a wonderful time at Charlottes place. It was in a great location with a lovely view over the lake and the cabin itself was extremely well equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed exploring the area, lots to see and do, Kirkby Lonsdale was our favourite but plenty to come back for. Charlotte was a great host, responding to questions very quickly. We hope to return to this area of the country at some point in the future and would love to stay and Charlottes place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in the lodge. Modern, well equipped and with a fabulous hot tub, the location is amazing. Peaceful and scenic but only minutes from great local amenities.

Sad to say that we came back yesterday from what was an amazing, peaceful, lovely birthday weekend away here. It was just what we needed. The Look out is the most beautiful place that I have ever stayed. There is everything that you will need in the kitchen. The bath, wow that is something else. It’s huge!!! The whole cabin is just so aesthetic and beautiful. We never wanted to come home.

Gorgeous, modern, spacious, beautifully furnished lodge for a peaceful break away. Lovely, accessible location. Dog friendly too. We were very lucky to have warm sunshine, so made full use of the outdoor space overlooking the duck pond. Christine is a brilliant, friendly host & has made certainly made the lodge a home from home. Beautiful, kind products supplied too. Thank you Christine, loved our 3 night stay & would love to stay again 😊 Highly recommended!

Booked this as a bit of last minute R & R for my family to end our Easter holidays. From the start Chas was friendly & very helpful providing fabulous food when we arrived. There was open space for our children to play & for us to unwind, the cabin is so cosy & everyone slept so well. The family were on hand to help when we needed, we will most definitely return here!

Our stay at Donna’s was a great experience. The home was as described, tidy and comfortable, with plenty of room and amenities. It can be slow to locate the property if late check in for example, but Donna gave enough instructions to find our way and was very responsive. I highly recommend and would come again !

We absolutely loved our short stay at this cabin! It was beautifully spacious, and spotlessly clean. Everything was just as described, if not better. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. The host were also really good at communicating and we really appreciated the milk, bread and butter 🥰

Really nice lodge , lovely decked area with chairs , very peaceful and our grandson loved the little beech and the space around the lodge to play , added bonus of the cute baby rabbits. All in all , very nice weekend break .

Very impressed with the site. Kept very tidy and well cared for. Club house very modern and clean. Swimming pool great size and temperature good. Our accommodation was very clean and new. Nice 5 minute walk along a path to the beach and we walked along the beach to Silverdale and a local pub. Would return, which is always a sign of a great find.

What a lovely lil lodge! Perfect location, with a restaurant attached. The lodge was very modern and clean, and had everything we required. Kitchen was fully equipped. The hosts were great and answered any questions prior to our visit. Looking forward to returning soon.

Loved our time here!. Beautiful lodges in a very peaceful surrounding and very clean. Staff were very friendly. Food was good, could probably do with a bit more choice of drinks in the bar. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning

Had a great stay. Jonathan and Fran were so friendly and the shepherd’s hut was super comfy. Food at pub was great too. Would definitely recommend. Enjoyed a good walk straight from the hut and had a lovely pint of beer at the end.

Loved the lodge from the minute sue opened the door! Everything you need and made use of the boardgames which were a lovely touch. We've been to zip world, the oasis wildlife park amongst other things and had a great time and hooefully we'll be able to stay again and make use of the kayak 🙂 did not want to leave! A lovely, sparkling clean lodge in a beautiful, peaceful area. Lodge was well equipped for cooking, and warm with plenty of hot water. Margaret went above & beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, highly recommend!

Nice stay. Caravan was neat and filled with most of essential amenities. We enjoyed. Bathroom was large enough and very comfortable.
