Enjoy every sunrise and sunset from this fun beachfront 4 bedroom/3 bathroom pet-friendly home that sleeps 10 with screened in sun room, hot tub overlooking the beach and game room with ping pong and foosball. One gulf front king bedroom with en suite, one gulf front queen bedroom, one queen bedroom overlooking the landscaped front yard and a bunkroom with small bathroom in the lower unit with it's own separate entrance from upstairs. The Fun Flamingo is a charming 1950’s ranch bungalow directly on the beach of Alligator Point; part of Old Florida's Forgotten Coast. A great getaway for enjoying the ocean and its habitat. The 11-window ocean-facing sunroom has amazing views and is a great place to watch dolphins play just off-shore. Or just a few steps outside the back and you're enjoying the endless beaches of Alligator Point. 2 bedrooms, a bunkroom & 2 baths. 8 guests limit. And while a pet is allowed, there is $120 fee.

Throw a line from the dock, head out on your boat or hit the water in your kayak. They can accommodate up to 6 guest & feature a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, queen bedroom, bunk beds, pull-out-coach, flat screen TV's & a back porch overlooking the bay. We are also located next door to a public boat ramp with parking, Sfd retail market & bait-tackle-shop.

Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views.

This lovely condo on Florida's "Forgotten Coast" provides guest with a beautiful view and tranquility only seen in this area of Florida. Located in St. James in Franklin county, you are 44 miles from the Tallahassee airport, it is convenient to a big city, while set in a quiet, rural beach area. You are only minutes from St. James Golf club, Carrabelle (7 miles away with public beach), St. George Island, Panacea and Apalachicola. Swimming not recommended (more like a bay).

This beachfront home is located in the SGI Plantation. One level pet friendly home with 4 bedrooms that have en-suite bathrooms, sleeps 10. The living area has plenty of seating, dinning area has a large 8 seater table and a breakfast bar big with seating for 4. 1 king, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 single bunk beds. Large screened porch and exiting takes you down the stairs to the private boardwalk to the beach. Plenty of parking, outdoor shower, and fish cleaning station.

Unplugged

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
