Enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance, two double bedrooms, a full kitchen, full laundry, bathroom, and dedicated parking (secure garage). Our family (living upstairs) includes two Golden Retrievers, Summer (9) and Neo (11 months), who are incredibly gentle, well-trained, and love people! They will likely be playing in the garden and would be thrilled to receive a pat from dog-loving guests.

Cumberland Street deluxe apartment No3

This place is brand new (completed July 2017) and recently listed Category 1 heritage building (nationally important) right in Dunedin's warehouse precinct. It is only a short walk to the Octagon. They are warm, well insulated and have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob and a pyrolytic oven. The decor is all natural with woolen carpets, duvet, quality cotton sheets and pillows. Also within the apartment is a small laundry.

A beautifully renovated 19th century heritage cottage right in the heart of Dunedin City, with all of the modern touches. Gigabit-speed internet and quality furniture/furnishings enhance this this luxury abode. Karaka Alpaca B&B Farmstay

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Karaka Alpaca Farm stay, just 15min from Dunedin's CBD.
