A stargazers delight, evenings are celebrated as you bask in the quiet of the night. The closest hiking trails are a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from the casita. We are located immediately off the Original Old Rt 66 with numerous distinct climates within a twenty minute drive.

Our apartment has a studio vibe. There are hardwood floors & lots of light. There's a deck out back for you too... It’s in the village of Madrid, on the Turquoise Trail. Walking distance to of all your needs. There are a few restaurants & a bar with live music, a coffeehouse and 20 or so galleries & shops all around you. Chameleon, Rustic Cabin, Unit 1 with private deck

Chameleon: 2 room cabin, NO running water and no toilet facilities in the casita, sleeps 4, possibly 5, two (2) double beds in the bedroom, and a daybed for an extra person (for an added fee of $20.) Wood stove, hot plate & electric appliances for cooking. Open deck on the Pecos River! with an outdoor fireplace. Community bathhouse with commodes and showers, 300 feet from Chameleon. Some road noise can be heard, especially during peak travel times.
