This place is pure PERFECTION! Been travelling around Nepal for almost a month, and arriving here felt like finding my sanctuary of peace. It’s not just an Airbnb, it’s an art space/art eco-system where they do a lot of community projects and workshops. Therefore, the place is extremely artistic whilst being comfy and quiet and you can’t beat that price tag. My only regret is that I wanted to spend my last few days in Nepal in Patan so I booked somewhere that was only available one day after my arrival date, then I booked Helena’s place for just 1 night. Wish I saw it earlier, would’ve booked my entire stay here.. I booked the small room, but there are also other very spacious rooms available, multiple bathrooms, common rooms, roofs, water, fully equipped kitchen etc..Host is super friendly, genuine, responsive and allowed a superr late check-out so that I can check-in the other place immediately. Basically, the best place to stay in Kathmandu/Patan. It’s a modern, stylish, and clean space that combines a fully functional art studio with cozy accommodation. First of all, these are the biggest rooms with the highest level of privacy and comfort I’ve experienced during my entire month in Nepal. There are also numerous clean shared spaces: a room with a big table for work, a balcony and rooftop for peaceful relaxation, and a kitchen for cooking and connecting with others. The wonderful Helen and her team run this place in a way that creates a safe and welcoming community. They also frequently organize international-level art events—trust me, you wouldn’t expect to find something like this in Nepal. Any specific needs you have will be met, ensuring you feel safe, cared for, and cozy. This place should cost much more—just come and see for yourself!

Anamika’s apartment was very welcoming and very clean . I loved the cozy details the apartment had. I had a lovely time enjoying my breakfast at the garden outside sun-basking at morning time. There is ample space for parking which helped me locate my car safely . A/c , Private Washing-machine, hair dryer, toaster and many other amenities were deal to crack at the price she offered for me. The bed was super tidy and super comfy, i had a good sleep. Must-say , my overall experience was definitely worth it, anamika was very humble and attentive host. She catered to ask about any requirements i had that would assist my good stay experience. She helped around with locating grocery stores, sim cards, indrives etc. i had a delightful stay. Definitely coming back here again, when m back to Nepal 🇳🇵.

I love this little gem in Kathmandu - Jason and his family make you feel at home every moment. They were helping me with every single detail during my stay. The place itself is even more beautiful than pictures and the little community around makes a super quiet cozy and homy environment I will be definitely back (and very soon) Thanks!

Uttam was the kindest and most hospitable host I had, his family was extremely generous and welcoming! They always cared a lot for our wellbeing and made sure we have everything we need. The house is very spacious, air conditioning worked very well, we had hot water, drinking water, android tv. I enjoyed so much staying here, I even had a family dinner with Uttam family and had an amazing conversation together. Much love and gratitude!

It was an amazing experience, beautiful green surroundings with fruit trees, avocado , banana apples and some I’m not familiar with! The breeze was great compared to the heat of the streets and no vehicle noise. We had our coffee on the patio every morning listening to the variety of birds singing. The bed was comfortable and soft and the kitchen had good variety of dishes and cooking utensils. The bathroom was clean with good storage. Always plenty of hot water even in the faucets which I find rare. There was plenty of storage for clothes etc. Shivaram was always available, he had many friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property is off the main road among other upscale compounds and safety was no concern. Stores are nearby. I’m happy I have found a place that I will definitely return to! La estancia en casa de Dinesh ha sido muy buena. La casa es espaciosa, bien decorada y llena de detalles para sentirte muy a gusto. El lugar es tranquilo y puedes descansar bien por las noches. El barrio es agradable, muy local con todos los servicios necesarios. Es un lugar para volver!
