Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Lo studio si trova nel villaggio di Lakka nella parte settentrionale dell'isola di Paxos. Da l'appartamento in 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il pittoresco porticciolo di Lakka. Ci sono anche due meravigliose spiagge a circa 5 minuti a piedi. In 2-3 minuti puoi trovare taverne, caffè, negozi turistici, super / mini market, bancomat ecc. Gli ospiti dovranno salire circa 25 gradini per raggiungere l'appartamento. Per questo motivo è sconsigliato a persone con problemi di mobilità.
