Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, at the end of a 400’ paver driveway, lined with old oak trees. Guest area is located in a large detached building with its own, secure, ground floor entrance. The unit is provided with its own AC and heat. The “Florida Shower” provides a large, private outdoor shower experience, with plenty of hot water, beneath the stars. Offers a ten acre lake view from inside or out. Many species of birds and wildlife are spotted, with 45 acres of bordering woodland.

Facilities at Shorewalk Palms include heated swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis court, basketball court, shuffle board court, pool table, ping pong table, BBQ area and a kid's playground. All are available for your enjoyment

Peaceful Braden River Oasis: Cottage

Come get away to this river retreat just outside of Lakewood Ranch. This property has three separate rental units on it including this charming single bedroom cottage with access to the river. It comes with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation! Solar heated plunge pool (14' X 18' small) Not so warm in cold weather with over night in the 40's or 50's. Located 11 miles from Bradenton Beach, 30 minutes (15.5 miles) from Anna Maria Island and 12 minutes from IMG. Our home is on a small private lake.. 3rd bedroom is an office with a queen sleeper sofa. We do not have cable TV; we use streaming services and a local antenna for reception. There is a whole house filtration/water softener installed for great quality water.
