Cute apartment in an historic building. An easy walk to downtown and we enjoyed being close to the railway, we love the sound of a train. (Light sleepers take note: there weren’t a lot of trains coming through but you do hear them when they do.). The king size bed was very comfortable and the towels were nice and thick.

Colleen place is a very well up kept place to stay. She has everything there that you would need for your stay. Very accommodating to their guest!!!

John was very friendly and welcoming. We felt completely at home on his and Sandy’s beautiful property! It’s a peaceful and enchanting getaway in the forest, yet an easy five minutes from town. We didn’t want to leave.

This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

I would hope to continue to do more business with Robert he is freindly, understanding, and quick on replies. the house felt like it does, right at home! Thank you again Robert for the opportunity to let me stay.

Drew was very helpful, friendly, and always responded quickly to any messages or questions we had. The accommodation was clean and well presented, with everything you might need, and he bent over backwards to help us in every way. Highly recommend.

Clean place, comfortable bed, quiet location. There were other tenants on the property but they didn’t seem to bother the Airbnb guests. Would book again.

Phenomenal location and great host. Spent New Years and enjoyed walking across the street for dinner. Thoughtful decorations, handy second cottage for our relatively Newlyweds. Husband enjoyed the big screen. I enjoyed walking nearby and of course the overall ambiance of Mt Shasta. Crystal clear view day one, fresh snow to ski day 2. Perfect!

Charles and Elizabeth were great hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was beautiful really clean very comfortable felt right at home. I would highly recommend this little getaway. This is our second stay there and plan to stay there again in the future in the location was perfect for my event that I attended

Anelsy was a great host. Communication was friendly and swift. The home was very clean, you can tell she put a lot of time into making the house feel comfortable and relaxing with the decor. The beds were very comfortable and accommodated our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. There are a ton of activities to do in town and delicious food. It was an all-around wonderful stay. One of our kids left behind important stuffed animals, Anesly let us know she had them and got them mailed back in no time. For that, we are grateful. Thank you! We will be back for all those reasons.

Great stay!! House is beautiful and kitchen well stocked. We don’t need for anything. The beds were super comfy and we all slept great. Jordan was very quick to respond to one question we had. The house is close to lots of fun outdoor hiking and sightseeing, including many beautiful waterfalls. It is however one road removed from the freeway (which is not noticeable from the photos), so if you sit outside or leave the windows open you will have traffic noise. Otherwise 5 stars all around!

Toad Hollow was great for our group of 7 adults and children. We loved playing in the snow, sitting on the front porch, building puzzles on the big dining room table, cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen, taking baths in the clawfoot tub, watching dvd’s, and walking to restaurants in town. Toad Hollow is close to Mt Shasta ski park. The large mud room was great for offloading snow gear. It was nice having a washer and dryer to dry wet snow gear! Jill was very responsive when we accidentally deadbolt locked the keypad door and went out the back (the back door has a door knob lock that can be pulled closed and locked). She came by and unlocked the house while we were at the ski park so we didn’t have to deal with not being able to get in when we came back. We would recommend Toad Hollow for its cozy, like home, atmosphere.
